"I absolutely love the whole processes. Unlike other big names, Mr. Scott didn’t push at all. No sale pitch and other hidden fees. Everything was transparent. When I requested a estimate, he contacted me that evening and stopped by in two days. He spent less than 20 min to measure windows sizes roughly. That was it! He sent me a quote next day and the price was really competitive. We communicated via emails for several questions and he answered them all quickly. He gave me enough time to make the final decision. Like I mentioned earlier, no pressure. Once I made the decision and signed contract, the actual contractor came by to measure everything accurately. After waiting several months (it took longer than I expected because of the pandemic), windows and sliding door finally arrived and set up the installation date. The installation contractor, Mr. Park’s team, is absolutely great. They were professional and their workmanship is beyond expectation. Several occasions, his team confronted some issues and they explained them clearly and found ways to get jobs done, In less than two days, 11 windows and 1 sliding door were finally installed. They all look beautiful and I am more than satisfied, I will absolutely hire them again for any future projects!"

"Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. Workers were friendly and professional. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless. I was given the names of several contractors in my area to contact. Of those contractors I made to selection of NOVA Renew Construction LLC, Manager Bassel Alkassen. Mr. Alkassen came to our home on 2/11/23 to see the project and give a estimate for the repair of four windows, and a sliding glass door. He sent a written estimate on 2/12/23 and I did contact with him on 2/13/23 to confirm that I wanted him to do the job. Mr. Alkassen ordered four windows for me and returned on 2/15/23 to do the repair work. Throughout this entire process, Mr. Alkassen conducted himself in a very pleasant, respectful and professional manner. His prices for my job were very reasonable. "We have had NovaExteriors replace all our gutters, windows, sliding doors and front door over the last several years from the contractor grade products that the town house was built with. We have been very pleased with everything. They installed our steel front door about 10 years ago and we started to have issues with the deadbolt not aligning with the door jam and the rubber sweep wearing out over time.
