"I absolutely love the whole processes. Unlike other big names, Mr. Scott didn’t push at all. No sale pitch and other hidden fees. Everything was transparent. When I requested a estimate, he contacted me that evening and stopped by in two days. He spent less than 20 min to measure windows sizes roughly. That was it! He sent me a quote next day and the price was really competitive. We communicated via emails for several questions and he answered them all quickly. He gave me enough time to make the final decision. Like I mentioned earlier, no pressure. Once I made the decision and signed contract, the actual contractor came by to measure everything accurately. After waiting several months (it took longer than I expected because of the pandemic), windows and sliding door finally arrived and set up the installation date. The installation contractor, Mr. Park’s team, is absolutely great. They were professional and their workmanship is beyond expectation. Several occasions, his team confronted some issues and they explained them clearly and found ways to get jobs done, In less than two days, 11 windows and 1 sliding door were finally installed. They all look beautiful and I am more than satisfied, I will absolutely hire them again for any future projects!"

I was given the names of several contractors in my area to contact. Of those contractors I made to selection of NOVA Renew Construction LLC, Manager Bassel Alkassen. Mr. Alkassen came to our home on 2/11/23 to see the project and give a estimate for the repair of four windows, and a sliding glass door. He sent a written estimate on 2/12/23 and I did contact with him on 2/13/23 to confirm that I wanted him to do the job. Mr. Alkassen ordered four windows for me and returned on 2/15/23 to do the repair work. Throughout this entire process, Mr. Alkassen conducted himself in a very pleasant, respectful and professional manner. His prices for my job were very reasonable. "I forgot the guy’s name that came to look at the job. He was nice and quick to estimate and explain and not into ‘selling’ services like 2 other companies did. Ordered the slider I wanted and installed it when it came in . I had decided to use a company that specializes in door and window installation instead of the previously used 2 big box garden/supply chains in the area. We have been very pleased with everything. "The transom window above my French doors had lost its seal. Devon arrived on time, took all the measurements, and put the order in to make the glass. Although he had a lot of trouble getting the old piece out because it wasn't installed properly, he took his time and made it look perfect. He's a very nice young man professional and courteous. I recommend them anytime!"
