"Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. Workers were friendly and professional. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless. "First off my apologies for the delay in sending this review. I had a home project that I needed to have done. So I went to Home Advisor/Angies List for assistance. I was given the names of several contractors in my area to contact. Of those contractors I made to selection of NOVA Renew Construction LLC, Manager Bassel Alkassen. Mr. Alkassen came to our home on 2/11/23 to see the project and give a estimate for the repair of four windows, and a sliding glass door. He sent a written estimate on 2/12/23 and I did contact with him on 2/13/23 to confirm that I wanted him to do the job. Mr. Alkassen ordered four windows for me and returned on 2/15/23 to do the repair work. Throughout this entire process, Mr. Alkassen conducted himself in a very pleasant, respectful and professional manner. His prices for my job were very reasonable. The service that he performed for me was way above and beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend NOVA Renew Construction LLC to anyone needing these services. "We have had NovaExteriors replace all our gutters, windows, sliding doors and front door over the last several years from the contractor grade products that the town house was built with. We have been very pleased with everything. They installed our steel front door about 10 years ago and we started to have issues with the deadbolt not aligning with the door jam and the rubber sweep wearing out over time. "Sometimes you find a contractor that is a professional but rarely can you call them a friend once the job is completed. Gary is that. He’s patient, listens and delivers on the project game plan. "I had a Provia door from my house going in the garage installed. They offered the lowest price and the quickest delivery time amid the pandemic backlogs. The installation was odd, with the door threshold wider than the original one. The door was protruding to the outside; I asked them to install a piece of wood in the base because, otherwise, that protrusion was going to be a tripping hazard, as the door was at the end of two steps. Later on, I found issues with gaps in the door, but they promptly came to fix them. Apart from those hiccups, I am happy with this company."

"Everything went AMAZINGLY WELL....FAST response on the submission. Within minutes they called me. They came out the same night to analyze my door and give me a quote. They scheduled the install for as soon as possible. The door and door frame were replaced and everything looks brand new. They are very friendly and professional. DEFINITELY HIRE THEM. "Isles Ruffing exceeded all expectations. He made a appt for a quote quicker than I expected from anyone and arrived for that that appt exactly on time. The project was to repair a pair of interior pocket doors between rooms.Alex evaluated the problem quickly and then gave the unexpected when he said “I’m pretty sure that I can get those parts at Home Depot and if you would like I could run over there NOW get the parts and come back and do the job NOW”. Hard to explain how happy that made me. Alex came back and repaired the doors very quickly and did a wonderful job which I am extremely happy with the job. The icing on the cake was that Alex was a wonderful person to deal with which was great. A very professional person for which now is in my contact list for any future handyman project.
