"First off my apologies for the delay in sending this review. I had a home project that I needed to have done. So I went to Home Advisor/Angies List for assistance. I was given the names of several contractors in my area to contact. Of those contractors I made to selection of NOVA Renew Construction LLC, Manager Bassel Alkassen. Mr. Alkassen came to our home on 2/11/23 to see the project and give a estimate for the repair of four windows, and a sliding glass door. He sent a written estimate on 2/12/23 and I did contact with him on 2/13/23 to confirm that I wanted him to do the job. Mr. Alkassen ordered four windows for me and returned on 2/15/23 to do the repair work. Throughout this entire process, Mr. Alkassen conducted himself in a very pleasant, respectful and professional manner. His prices for my job were very reasonable. "We have had NovaExteriors replace all our gutters, windows, sliding doors and front door over the last several years from the contractor grade products that the town house was built with. We have been very pleased with everything. They installed our steel front door about 10 years ago and we started to have issues with the deadbolt not aligning with the door jam and the rubber sweep wearing out over time. I contacted NovaExteriors, made my appointment and they arrived right on time and performed the needed maintenance that was required. The door is back to being perfect. "The transom window above my French doors had lost its seal. Devon arrived on time, took all the measurements, and put the order in to make the glass. Although he had a lot of trouble getting the old piece out because it wasn't installed properly, he took his time and made it look perfect. He's a very nice young man professional and courteous. "From start to finish, Care Contracting was professional and provided nothing but excellent service. For the estimate and contract, we worked with Matt. He was super nice, patient and really helpful. We needed to get our window box repaired as well as a sliding glass door installed. While it took awhile to get the supplies in stock, Don was very helpful and kept me in the loop. Installation day was a breeze. Carlos and his guys did excellent work. Carlos was super professional and went above and beyond. Definitely going to work with them again in the new year to get our other doors and windows replaced."
