"I originally needed a three-panel window fixed since it was loose from the frame. About 10min after I submitted the request on Angi's, Gilberto called me and said he could stop by since he was in the area and at the end of his day. He was able to make a fix on the spot and addressed some dirt/uncleanliness in the window frame from the previous owner. I then asked if he could come out and clean all the windows/frames and his price and availability was more than reasonable. Gilberto and his team came out the next week and spent several hard hours cleaning. Just recently he returned with the window screens that needed repair and washing. His last service for us was spot caulking/sealing the exterior window frames where needed. I highly recommend Gilberto and his service. He was professional, prompt, great at communicating what servicing was needed or wasn't, and the work and price was top notch."

"Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. "Everything went AMAZINGLY WELL....FAST response on the submission. Within minutes they called me. They came out the same night to analyze my door and give me a quote. They scheduled the install for as soon as possible. The door and door frame were replaced and everything looks brand new. They are very friendly and professional. DEFINITELY HIRE THEM. The project was to repair a pair of interior pocket doors between rooms.Alex evaluated the problem quickly and then gave the unexpected when he said “I’m pretty sure that I can get those parts at Home Depot and if you would like I could run over there NOW get the parts and come back and do the job NOW”. Hard to explain how happy that made me. Alex came back and repaired the doors very quickly and did a wonderful job which I am extremely happy with the job.
