Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. Moreover, the provided price was very reasonable.I can't be more happy with the outcome and highly recommend Relax HVAC"

"I highly recommend investing in this company. Matt and Jaysun did a great job with repairs to my AC unit. I was servicing another company. My AC went down. I called the company to come fix it. They told me that I needed a new AC unit. Told me I had to pay almost 6k. So I went to home advisor and found Conde Tech. When they came to look at my AC unit they told me that it needed to be cleaned and that I didn’t need a new AC unit. They did a great job cleaning it and making it new. They saved me so much money. These are guys are honest and genuine. They focused on the job without disrupting my home. I appreciate this company so much. I fired the other company and told them I don’t need their services anymore. From now on if I need any heating or cooling fix, I call Conde Tech services."

"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. "Overall McCrea did a good job with my Sept 23, 2019, HVAC installation. The POSITIVES significantly outweigh the negatives: · They had the best price out of 6 proposals. · They agreed to add an additional HVAC return to the basement free of charge ($250). · They leveled my second old existing heat pump without asking...free of charge…I really liked that. · They told me that Fairfax county does a free inspection upon request. I’ve never had an installer tell me this…it is not in their interest to do so. The county inspection was primarily electrical but it was good to have even that independently reviewed. · They responded within 2 hours after I called about an installation problem. It turned out a condensate PVC pipe was installed wrong and tripped a cutoff switch. Everyone makes mistakes. I give them credit on this one because they responded quickly and repaired it quickly. · I requested a Trane and NATE certified installer and McCrea sent out Greg Dworchak who, along with 2 others did an excellent job. They were competent and friendly and answered all my questions very well. One NEGATIVE: · I liked the first sales person (Kris Kimmmel) who gave the initial proposal...very professional and friendly. My only concern was that he went on vacation and the follow up was slow. He did tell me he would be on vacation with limited email access. I emailed my intention to move forward on the proposal by the required date but the response was too late to get the significant Trane rebate. Weeks later I received a call from another representative (Chris Aiani) and he provided an acceptable proposal although it was a lower SEER unit (XR14) instead of the XR16i I originally wanted. Chris apologized to me about this and said they were re-organizing to provide more sales support and that this should not happen again."

"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"I was looking for a company to clean my air ducts and found positive reviews for SuperNoVA on both Angie's List and Groupon. They were responsive to my call and were timely in the appointment we set. Unfortunately, my unit was located in my attic and once they did their inspection, I was informed I would be better served by a truck mounted system and not the portable system they use. So instead of wasting their time and my money, they told me they were not the company for the job. Hence, the 5-star review. I appreciated their integrity and honesty. Will recommend to anyone I know whose system might be more in line with the services they offer."

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."
