We needed a new HVAC and that's never fun. After 3 estimates we chose Air One Mechanical, because of reasonable price and reading their reviews. We are very pleased and satisfied with the them. Our salesperson "Jay" very knowledgeable and friendly, installation manager "Kian" is terrific and courteous. "Bahar" provides excellent customer service and their installers were very quiet, considerate of the home environment, did their job perfectly. In general, great people working as a team. We are impressed with them and highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for HVAC.

It was fine. It was nothing special. They sell you a check-up so they can then sell you a bunch of things that you haven't paid for - pretty typical. I would consider using them again in the future.

Marc was the Technician. There was a aiding associate. Both of them were punctual and did the job with good care. I am glad that i hired them. The company staff were very responsive over phone for discussing the problem and scheduling. I really liked working with them and would recommend them to everyone.

A1 was extremely responsive and helpful, scheduling me for 9-11am the day after I called (Friday 6/16). Roberto called 30 minutes prior to arrival, and was well within the window scheduled. He quickly and effectively assessed the problem (capacitor), and he explained my options. He let me know that the motor was also leaking slightly; however he did NOT try to hard sell me on replacing the motor at this time. I very much appreciated that he did not immediately try to upsell me on potentially unnecessary repairs, but rather he informed me of the company's annual service agreement. As I have a 12 year old HVAC system, I took the company up on it's annual service agreement (providing for 2x/year cleaning and inspection, and 15% off any parts). All in all, I woke up on Friday morning to an 85 degree house, and by 11:30am, my AC was working, my house was nice and cool, and I had a very pleasant experience with A1, due to Roberto's expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend A1 and Roberto!

Our A/C went down during the latest heat wave and we were able to reach Air1 immediately and get an appointment for the very next day. They gave us 2 estimates, both of which were competitive. And, unlike other places, they had the unit in stock and were able to install right when we needed them. Their staff is very nice and professional and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend them for A/C services.

Roberto was very professional and got right to business quickly. had the hvac gobout over the weekend but was able to call and schedule an appt on sun evening and had them come out monday morning!

Complete professionals all the way. They replaced my hvac unit and water tank, in a completely professional manner with no stress or headaches. They explained all my questions so that I understood everything about the process. They had replaced my hvac system in my townhouse 2 years ago and exhibited the same professionalism

My experience with Air 1 was excellent. The technicians did an amazing job with the installation of a new furnace and AC. They explained all my options and did not try to upsell me on anything. They were very professional, clean, and provided a clean looking installation. I have complete confidence in their work and would use them again.

Estimate done on the June 25th and installation was performed the next day. Work was done on time and for the price quoted. Very pleased with the results and the workmanship of the installers.

My a/c stopped working and I originally submitted a claim with my home warranty company. The original contractor they sent out replaced something (it looked like a fuse but actually holds oil) and told me it would take 24 hours for my house to cool down.
3 days later the house still didn't cool below 80 degrees at night and 85 plus during the day. When the original contractor refused to answer my phone calls and my home warranty company was being less than helpful I called Air 1 based on the Yelp reviews.
Fernando came to my house that day, A SUNDAY! He arrived at the start of my scheduled time slot. He was very nice, professional, clean, and wasn't insulted when I watched him work and asked questions (being a girl I'm often ignored by contractors or given the brush off). Fernando showed me that I was low on freon and my system was running at 88 dregrees. He was able to add the freon to my system and made sure I had a new filter and knew how to change it. Before he left he took temperature readings in multiple areas of the house to make sure things were cooling off.
Before he left he also suggested a few maintenance items for my heating unit before the winter that I might want to look in to. There was no pressure to purchase a service contract or get him to do the work. I felt like he just wanted to make sure I was aware of necessary items.
I cannot say enough good things about this company, and Fernando. I will not hestiate to contact them again.

"Unethical customer, we need to clarify that first, we decided NOT to provide service to the wine shop at Tyco Rd, Vienna for the fact that he offered to our technician to work for him under the table without Company’s involvement!! Not once but on three different occasions. He offered our technician that he will purchase and order the heater if he would install the heater for him without company’s knows about it for $500 after hours or over the weekend. However, our technician refused his offer and informed the company. We strongly believe that mutual respect and trust from both parties (the customer and the company) is the key to long term relationship. We have a question to ask the owner of the wine shop: How would you feel if your employees deal with your customer without your awareness and behind your back?!!"

Wonderful; Vaheh (the technician) was very courteous, knowledgeable and totally professional. He described in detail what he was going to do as well as showed the results. If you have not had your return vents cleaned or looked at, there could be some issue with removing. In my case with recent painting, screw slots had been covered with paint and the vent stuck to the wall. Using a carpet knife he was able to carefully remove the large vent covers while minimizing damage to the walls. You can expect to do some touch up if you have this situation--which in my case was very minor.

From the time he arrived to the time he left, Vaheh was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and kept everywhere he worked at least as clean as it was when he got there, even picking up small specks that fell from his bag and reaching deep into the furnace's air intake (not toward the furnace, of course) to pull out a loose piece of insulation so it didn't cause a problem later.
This was the second time I've had Air1 out to perform service (the first was to install that same furnace/HVAC about 6 months ago, and they've always been prompt, helpful, and very competitive price-wise. I'll definitely be calling them back.
