"I highly recommend investing in this company. Matt and Jaysun did a great job with repairs to my AC unit. I was servicing another company. My AC went down. I called the company to come fix it. They told me that I needed a new AC unit. Told me I had to pay almost 6k. So I went to home advisor and found Conde Tech. When they came to look at my AC unit they told me that it needed to be cleaned and that I didn’t need a new AC unit. They did a great job cleaning it and making it new. They saved me so much money. These are guys are honest and genuine. They focused on the job without disrupting my home. I appreciate this company so much. "Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. "AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency.
