"My AC failed and I had limited time to find a good solution, I made a phone call to Relax HVAC based on the online reviews and it was a great decision. Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. Moreover, the provided price was very reasonable.I can't be more happy with the outcome and highly recommend Relax HVAC"

"I highly recommend investing in this company. Matt and Jaysun did a great job with repairs to my AC unit. I was servicing another company. My AC went down. I called the company to come fix it. They told me that I needed a new AC unit. Told me I had to pay almost 6k. So I went to home advisor and found Conde Tech. When they came to look at my AC unit they told me that it needed to be cleaned and that I didn’t need a new AC unit. They did a great job cleaning it and making it new. They saved me so much money. These are guys are honest and genuine. They focused on the job without disrupting my home. I appreciate this company so much. I fired the other company and told them I don’t need their services anymore. From now on if I need any heating or cooling fix, I call Conde Tech services."

Joe answered all of my questions and they stayed on schedule with the project which was great because it was a larger project. "I was lucky enough to have someone refer me to BlueStar Air Mechanical when my AC started acting up. The home warranty company confirmed that it was busted, but their mechanic was unreliable. After contacting a couple of other companies and having high quotes, I contacted Danny at BlueStar. The next morning (on a Saturday, nonetheless) I met Rhandel who quickly gave me a quote to replace my HVAC system (furnace and condenser). Rhandel was very nice and thoroughly explained my options. My home has two HVAC systems, so he also added a quote for the second system (which was on its last legs, too). The systems recommended were upgrades to what I had (increasing 1/2 ton on each system). To accommodate this, BlueStar included extra ductwork for me so that my house could accommodate. We met on a Saturday, agreed on a price on Monday, and everything was installed on a Thursday. They sent two crews and these guys worked hard for 12 hours straight to make sure both units were completed that day. I was very happy with their pricing and service. I have already recommended them to people I know in need of HVAC service. Pros: Pricing, options, promptness, service. Cons: 3% surcharge for credit cards"

"Overall McCrea did a good job with my Sept 23, 2019, HVAC installation. The POSITIVES significantly outweigh the negatives: · They had the best price out of 6 proposals. · They agreed to add an additional HVAC return to the basement free of charge ($250). · They leveled my second old existing heat pump without asking...free of charge…I really liked that. · They told me that Fairfax county does a free inspection upon request. I’ve never had an installer tell me this…it is not in their interest to do so. The county inspection was primarily electrical but it was good to have even that independently reviewed. · They responded within 2 hours after I called about an installation problem. It turned out a condensate PVC pipe was installed wrong and tripped a cutoff switch. Everyone makes mistakes. I give them credit on this one because they responded quickly and repaired it quickly. · I requested a Trane and NATE certified installer and McCrea sent out Greg Dworchak who, along with 2 others did an excellent job. They were competent and friendly and answered all my questions very well. One NEGATIVE: · I liked the first sales person (Kris Kimmmel) who gave the initial proposal...very professional and friendly. My only concern was that he went on vacation and the follow up was slow. He did tell me he would be on vacation with limited email access. I emailed my intention to move forward on the proposal by the required date but the response was too late to get the significant Trane rebate. Weeks later I received a call from another representative (Chris Aiani) and he provided an acceptable proposal although it was a lower SEER unit (XR14) instead of the XR16i I originally wanted. Chris apologized to me about this and said they were re-organizing to provide more sales support and that this should not happen again."

"They added a Freon with an agent the sealed the leak. The AC unit worked great for the rest of the summer. We didn't have the money to purchase a new system yet."

"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."
