Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. Moreover, the provided price was very reasonable.I can't be more happy with the outcome and highly recommend Relax HVAC"

"This guy is young and has that techie cutting edge experience. He came in recognizing my problem immediately. He split my AC system to function on multiple levels and I can choose a single level to cool or multiple levels. Not only did this improve my comfort at home, but reduced how long my unit ran during the blistering heat this summer ( remember my statement about cutting edge). Pricing was reasonable and very customer-oriented. Trust me, you want this guy who doesn t come into your home and start throwing big names around and speaking in tongues that = a ton of money. He doesn t try and take advantage of you if you re woman or not familiar with the overall DNA of heating and cooling system. Try em! You won t like this company. You ll love this company!"

"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. Shammion has serviced my furnace and a/c unit previously, and on each occasion he has spent time informing me how various parts of my HVAC should work and what I need to do to get the most from the systems. "Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. "Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). I would definitely recommend both the company and technicians to others."
