On move day team lead ck'd in 1st thing to confirm all details - made me aware of computer outage putting a possible glitch in day's agenda. Even though team arrived 45min later than scheduled they worked together efficiently & made the moving window(elevator res) & then delivered load on time. Load was a split delivery w/majority off loaded at a storage unit & rest at 3rd floor apt - having no elevator presented no problem!! The 3-man team worked well together under the expert leadership of team lead "Will" - they were an effective team & they presented good work ethics. She hired A Plus Moving to pack and move her, and also to move some of her furniture to my sister in Bowie MD, Mother has hired professional movers 11 times for both long and short distance moves. A Plus provided the best service of any of the movers she has used. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and considerate. Everything was well packed and came out undamaged. They were efficient. The building my mother moved to has a very short time frame for move in. Everything was moved in the required limited time frame, even though they had a very full truck with an enormous number of boxes and lots of furniture. They were careful with her furniture, wrapping the furniture on the way out and unwrapping at delivery. In addition, they were very polite and respectful to my elderly mother. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them"
