"Purchased the Angie's deal coupon for $250 for full HVAC cleaning and all vents and returns.  During cleaning they found some black mold and recommended deep cleaning for additional $250.  They showed us pics of where the mold and other dirty stuff was and we decided to have them clean it since I doubt duct cleaning was ever performed for this house.  We were satisfied with the result.  The cleaner was prompt and explained everything in detail.  We were satisfied with the service.

The major stress that comes along with having to replace an entire HVAC unit in a home is always the price, and unfortunately there isn't much that can be done about that (unless you have friends/family in the business and can get that hookup). Fortunately, when I initially purchased the home I knew that the HVAC unit was on its way out and was able to comfortably set aside the potential costs well in advance. The response that Premium Home Services offered is what made it great. Out of the three total estimates I'd requested, only Premium Home Services responded in a timely enough manner - that is to say they responded and had someone out within 24 hours. I've had experience in the past with other services where contractors responded in minutes and had folks out same-day, but I had no such expectations for a project as large as an HVAC replacement. They came out, explained what needed to be done, what they could do, and even tried to talk me out of replacing the whole unit as they would've been able to do some work to keep the current system up to save on costs. I had already decided on an entire replacement of the HVAC, but having a company provide you with options is something that, unfortunately, isn't always the case. The work took about 5-6 hours, and they worked in scorching heat and didn't seem to stop, except for the necessary water breaks. They cleaned up very well, they were very respectful of the interior of my home, and were very patient with the questions I had. I definitely recommend these guys."
