Amazing work!! I had to call around because my original cleaner cancelled very last minute. Maria said they could get someone to me within the hour and as promised they came!! I was very impressed. They immediately got to cleaning and combed through every room and focused on the rooms I asked for. Their fridge clean out was absolutely phenomenal. This was my first time using cleaners and I am wildly impressed so thank you Best Quality Cleaners!

Terrible customer service from Maria. They only sent 2 person crew when they said they would send 3 people. They did not provide any discount for the 2-person crew instead of 3 people.

It wasn't an easy job and they did some work very well. But they weren't interested in learning about the scope of the job beforehand and either couldn't or wouldn't do the full job, which included a kitchen and laundry room that needed a deep cleaning.

They were flexible, very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond and they like family, did excellent service.

Constantly late for for scheduled cleaning. Attempted to charge extra after cleaning was done with no valid reason. Stopped responding to messages.

The house cleaners were supposed to be at my apartment early in the day on the appointment date but, arrived around 4:00PM after I called Maria and asked where her cleaners were. After the cleaning, I sent Maria via Venmo the agreed upon amount. It took several text messages to get a receipt. I was not living in the apartment anymore at the time and I went to stop in and see the apartment. The service had NO FURNITURE TO MOVE. There were things that were missed. We tried to clean all of the refrigerator because her cleaning staff missed some of the scum in the bottom drawer tracks. They did not clean any of the window tracks or the sliding glass door track. The underside of the microwave was not cleaned and the microwave filter was dirty. They did not fully clean under any of the appliances even though I was charged specifically for cleaning appliances. I sent all of this in a text message and Maria's response was "Thanks for the feedback. I will let the ladies know." Never heard for them again. Then, when I came back for my final inspection with my apartment complex, I was shown other areas the "ladies" had missed. The dishwasher was never cleaned inside, soap scum on tub walls and shower and the condition of the oven, which wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The grease needed to be scraped off the burners easily with a razor blade. Pulled out the oven and there was old food on the floor and food caked on the sides of the counter where the counter meets the oven and the oven. I called Maria Martinez and told her about the situation. She wanted to make arrangements to come fix the issues. I no longer had possession of the apartment and the leasing office didn't want to waste the time arranging to meet with Best Quality Cleaning Services and sent their own crew to clean things. I asked Maria Martinez I could have some money refunded back to me and she refused. I feel that if Maria Martinez and her crew had gone back the first time I had sent test messages to Maria and arranged to take a final walk-through together, issues could have been resolved before my apartment close-out with the leasing office.

Terrible! These people did a horrible job cleaning! I had them come and clean a new home I was about to move in to. The house was completely empty and looked clean, but I wanted them to do some heavy cleaning on the bathrooms, kitchen and dusting all over. I had to ask several times for them to redo two bathtubs, which they hadn't even touched! They just sprayed some water around the tub to make it look like they did something. I could tell nothing had been done because there was so much soap scum everywhere! They brought their own supplies which amounted to some sad looking rags and worn out sponges. You need quality cleaning supplies and tools to clean properly! These people had nothing! Save your money and do not be tricked by their quick response to your Angie's list search. They will steal your money. These are pros at making it look like they cleaned your house well. If anything, they will leave your house dirtier with bacteria from their disgusting rags and sponges. Don't get bent over like I did!

I originally found these folks on Angie's list and I've been using them for two years. Great quality and always there in a pinch. I would recommend to anyone!

I purchased a deep cleaning. Many items on their own list were skipped entirely, particularly in the kitchen. They were over an hour late and I was not notified. One of them was talking loudly on the phone the entire time, they left without asking if I was satisfied, and they forgot some of their equipment. I have paid for a deep clean that I am now doing.

Claimed the Big Deal in Jan for full house cleaning. Had to reschedule for February. I confirmed the February appt. and took the day off work. They did not show for the appointment and i did not have to deal w/ it. Was unable to reschedule until April. In April cleaners did the same std quick cleaning job. Scheduling was much harder than usual. This was a great company in the past. But something has definitely changed.

Scheduling a time took a little work, but the cleaning was professional and at a very reasonable price.

It was good but I did not like when they put trash on my ceiling light cover where I place all of the screws for the light figure in that cover. Because they put trash in my ceiling light cover now I lost all of those screws and I had to purchase a new ceiling light.

Great job! They were able to do the work on very short notice (1 day), and did a fantastic job! Will definitely use them again.

it went well without issue

This is the best house cleaning service we've ever used (probably about the 4th or 5th we've tried). They are the most thorough and our house is super clean afterward - noticeably cleaner than other good cleaners have left it (like things sparkle). The price is similar to that of other services but the service is so much better that this is who we will be using from now on.

They did an ok job. There was still dust on a lot of the surfaces. It was very disappointing coming home from work expecting a perfectly clean house only to find several areas that were still dirty. However, the areas they did clean well looked fantastic. But, for the price I paid I expected much more.

They only cleaned for two hours, and I had to ask for them to redo certain areas that it was clear they had not cleaned the first time.

The ladies were quick, thorough, and did an amazing job!
