"Excellent experience from the helpful person who answered the phone to the WONDERFUL Plummer Willis who was so knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He suggested an improvement and now we love our new sink. Willis was always on time, kept me updated on his progress before arriving. Now we consider 'Done Rite' the best experience and our personal plumbing service!"

"We used Sam to fully remodel our master bathroom and do some cosmetic work in our guest bathroom. We took down walls and started completely from scratch. Sam did all of the demolition, prep work, plumbing, electrical and installed some very intricate marble mosaic tile, for us on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower. Sam is punctual, responsive and extremely knowledgable about his craft. His men do incredible work when it comes to the finishes and he keeps a very clean workspace. All along the process Sam was present at the job and addressed any minor issues we had along the way immediately. You will not find any better bang for your buck in this area. I highly recommend him and we just hired him again to do even more work in our home."

"Very well. The pipe had a pinhole leak in a copper elbow joint and required cutting the pipe, in a confined space, to drain standing water. G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. Workmanship was exceptional, potential mess and additional Sheetrock damage was minimized, G**** Miranda worked tirelessly for 3 hours and produced a satisfactory repair."
