Now I needed to have my 2nd floor carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floor. I immediately went to Prospect Hardwood Flooring. Mike and Jody are a great husband and wife team. They were very patient, friendly, efficient, and HONEST. Mike gave me an estimate the next day, had the hardwood floor delivered the following day, and his team removed the carpet and put in the hardwood flooring 3 days later, in just 1 day. I gave the team a pizza, chicken and soda/hot cocoa/coffee party to celebrate their excellent and professional work. The floors are absolutely beautiful! I am so glad I had the carpets replaced with the hardwood flooring as my allergies disappeared after the 1st night. Excellent price with generous military discount, thank you Mike and Jody. My next project is the basement flooring."

"I'm not going to be too "wordy" - I just want to cut to the chase - If you are looking for quality, professional work with anything that has to do with hardwood flooring - H & H is the company you want to do your work.  I didn't put down the cost of service - because I believe each job has it's own unique "details",  and don't want to discourage anyone from using them because of cost. (I always shop around, and love a good deal :)!)  They were not the cheapest, not the most expensive.  They were the BEST! and I am writing as a "repeat" customer. 
Dan knows more about flooring than anyone I have ever met (and my husband is a contractor - so I've met a lot!). You will NOT be disappointed.  On top of QUALITY WORK, Dan is also very HONEST. He is willing to do the best he can to work with your schedule - even when delays occur (which they do - not just on the contractor's end - but on the customer's end....things happen that make scheduling difficult - but Dan was always very open with what other jobs he had pending, and worked closely with us to get in as soon as possible).

"I always read reviews, but I am sorry to say I seldom write one. But, not to do so in the case of Magni Flooring would be a disservice to the company and to the community. I needed a quick, partial replacement of wood flooring. I called and left a message with Magni. Co-owner Marcin Toroj called me back that day and came to my house the next to discuss the project. He thoroughly explained the process and wrote a fair estimate. I immediately accepted and he scheduled the work for the next day. His installer was delayed on another job, so Marcin delivered the new wood himself. Melvin soon arrived and did an excellent job. The other co-owner inspected the work as it progressed and Marcin did so at the end. The job was completed as promised and on time. I was greatly impressed and will certainly use Magni Flooring again should I need their services. You should too!"

"The grout work was "art" perfect for the porcelain tile laid on the concrete floor. They removed the old tile, spread tile-thinset mortor, then laid out the tile beautifully. They came back the next day to grout the tile, and after the weekend spread the dealer. My friends love the look!"

"I had my outdoor cushions (8) cleaned and my fussy camel back sofa cleaned. The cushions are clean and dry and look fabulous. This could be an annual event for me. My fussy sofa looks good altho one part of the fabric bleached out a little. Also I did not know (never done this before) how wet the interior steam clean would be. It would have a good thing to put down a tarp of some kind -- plastic maybe. I mopped my wood floors and dried my persian rug afterwards. Overall --I am very very pleased."
