Excellent subcontracttor did the work and did a great job!

Mardeck's did a terrific job refinishing a parquet floow. They were professional, prompt, efficient, and flexible. The result is a beautiful floor and we are extremely pleased with the company.

Outstanding. Extremely skilled workmen refinished stairs and railings in townhome in Tysons area. Original was bleached wood and they had to sand and stain to match the current hardwood floor. Father and sons did a super job. They cleaned up well each day, were professional, polite, showed up on time and got the job done quickly. Amazing work. So happy to have found Mardeck's.

Refinished worn out hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms. The price was in line with other quotes received (not the highest and not the lowest). The company was flexible with my schedule and the work was done over 2 days. The team showed up on time, took care to cover all doorways, furniture, etc. to contain any residual sawdust. The floors were discolored where rugs were placed and had wear and tear in high traffic areas. After the job was done they looked new again. I am preparing to sell my house and when I started interviewing realtors after the floors were done, the first thing they said when they entered the house was "nice floors". I would definitely recommend Mardeck's.

We are 100% satisfied. Mardeck's did a beautiful job with no issues. Competed sanding and refinishing 700 sf in 2 days which included some new install to repair damaged flooring. The sealed off the work area so no dust went into other adjacent rooms. Highly recommended contractor.

Mardecks did amazing work refinishing my floors and was very responsive throughout the entire process. They have extremely reasonable prices and high quality work.

They sanded and repainted my old stairs (treads and risers) and now they look like new. They repainted the lateral brackets also at no additional cost and did not complaint for every tiny detail that deviated from the initial scope. The simply got to the point and completed the work without excuses and without complaining. This is the way it should be, but I am not used to it, so I am surprised there are still companies like this one.

They were very responsive to my inquiries and did very professional work at the times they promised. They did a nice job cleaning up and did not play loud music while they were working.

The final result is terrific, great value for the price. Mario and Phillipe bent over backwards to make sure the job was done right, and Eleazar and his sons ensured the floor color was perfect (seamlessly blending the color of the new floors with the old). My only minor complaint is that, at some point in the process, the baseboards got dinged up and needed repainting.

Mardeck's polycoated our 60 year old floors and made them look new again! They were quick to respond to my inquiry, patient while I got comparison quotes, and quickly fit me into their schedule when I selected them for the job. Even though another job kept them late, they arrived on the scheduled date and put the first coat on the floors. Early the next morning they put the second coat on. The work was quick, efficient, and turned out beautifully. Best of all my daughter, who has asthma, was able to sleep in the house overnight because they used low VOC products. I will certainly use this service again!

Mardeck's did a fantastic job on our floor and railings. They actually rebuilt the railings. I get to enjoy their work every day!

They did a beautiful job. Eleazar and Junior did everything that had to be done and were helpful even beyond what was strictly necessary. They worked hard and were goodhearted in making sure that everything was taken care of.

Our deck was repaired & stained on July 17, 2017. David did a GREAT job. It look wonderful. They did the work when they said they would - after adjusting for rain. They did a good job staying in communication with us. And the price beat the other quote we got by $1000. We are thrilled!

Customer service and workmanship are excellent. Very fair and easy to work. We had approximately 3,000 sq feet refinished and it took them 1 week.
