"We hired Total Renovations to finish our basement. They were great to work with. They met all of our needs and worked within our budget. Communication was good, and Russell or Tyron would visit to check the progress and ensure the inspections went well at every step. All work was completed timely, and within the estimated timeline. Any questions or concerns were discussed and addressed. The quality of construction was excellent, even amongst the uneven poured concrete basement foundation walls. The studded walls are all plum and the drywall finish is smooth and clean. The basement remained very clean and tidy throughout the project. No lose materials and the floor was always swept clean. I was impressed with the level of care, even for our relatively small project. I would recommend Total Renovations for any projects and will be holding onto their info for our future projects."
