"Thank you for giving me my backyard back from a post storm swamp to a nicely sodded yard. I’ve worked with “several dozen” contractors as a landlord during the past 30 years and I can count on “one hand” those contractors who have clearly stood out for their quality work, honesty and professionalism. Even my tenants commented on the quality and meticulous job that was completed in the backyard. I received 5 different quotes for this job. Two contractors did not bid on this project due to the large size and scope of the project. Another very popular drainage/landscaping company in Prince William County submitted a very low price for the job but their verbal description of the work to be done and their unlimited, “to-good-to-be true” warranty was not reflected in the contract. The price provided by Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions was competitive and the scope of work was very detailed. This project was somewhat large in scope and involved 25 yards of top soil to be added to the backyard. I’m grateful for the company’s honesty to bring in the full amount. I’ve dealt with some contractors that would bring in less but charge the full amount. Although the contract required placing grass seed and straw in the backyard they placed sod throughout the backyard at no additional charge. The backyard looks beautiful. I strongly recommend that you include this locally owned business when getting price quotes for your drainage/erosion projects."

Julio, the owner, came out to give me a fair estimate and offered helpful safety and cosmetic recommendations. He gave me full confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and that the job would finally be done right. Julio and his crew buried my downspout, uplifted and regraded my yard up to the foundation, leveled everything out, and installed new sod. They arrived on time, worked hard, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The payment terms were fair — half upfront and the remainder upon completion. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. In doing so, saved me money, which is a blessing. After the work was over and a little TLC, it didn't take long for my lawn to recover. Next Level did an excellent job with the drainage system. A few years prior they also installed my sprinkler system."

"The initial job was done extremely well. However, the service just "decided" afterwards that I needed a weekly mowing, even though that was not discussed and no contracts were signed. The mowing was at a fair price, but I did not want to pay it weekly, so I called and asked them to stop. They came out and mowed once more, and then stopped. So the problem I had with them was communication/responsiveness; otherwise, they were fine."

"I had searched for landscapers who dealt with small jobs such as trimming bushes because I had limited funds. Mr. Enriquez from Enriquez Remodeling and Landscaping was quick to respond to my request and made an appointment to see me the next day. He was courteous, respectful and professional. I showed him a few of the bushes that required trimming, however, he offered to trim all the bushes on the property at a very reasonable price stating that he wanted to get the job done right and had worked within my budget. I explained I needed the bushes trimmed first because my husband and I had planned on weeding and mulching the bush in a small area in the front after they finished their work. He quoted me a reasonable price that included both the weeding and mulching that we could not refuse. The crew was top notch. We were impressed with the work they had done. They did an excellent job cleaning up when the job was finished. The bushes were professionally trimmed and provided a beautifully appearance to my front yard. They did a beautiful job on the entire landscaping project and went above and beyond my expectations. They had revived my front lawn. Somehow they could determine where the old areas were mulched before and create a better shape than the original. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with their work. Our yard had not looked so great."
