Nick and his team did a fantastic job! Initially, we planned to renovate our front entrance steps, but due to an unforeseen emergency repair, we could only afford to install the railing at a different location. Nick and his team were patient and asked all the right questions. The entire project, from ordering parts to installation, took about a month.

I have used Atlas General Contractors (AGC) for several projects and they consistently deliver a quality product at a great price and in a timely fashion. Shiraz is always available to answer questions and is transparent in his approach with clients. No hidden fees or gimmicks. His bandwidth and knowledge base are expansive and am very pleased with the work they do. No job is too small for AGC and they pay attention to details and care about the finished product. In a highly competitive field, they distinguish themselves from others by being focused on the customer, quality, the bottom line and above else, they stand behind their work! Bravo!

Recently, Atlas General contractors completed our outdoor lighting in our front yard. They installed 50+ lights including illuminating house exterior, path lights and highlighting garden/tree illumination. We compared 3 quotes and they were best value for the money. They completed the job in 3 days, including all the clean up. They were very professional and continued to offer daily updates on project milestone. I would really recommend them.

Project Scope: Demo & rebuild 4' x 25' timber retaining wall w/ drainage stone, piping, etc. Rebuild wood fence on top of retaining wall Demo wood patio, install paver system & border river rock *They also worked with my HOA to install a walkway with stone pavers and an 8x8 timber staircase adjacent to the retaining wall Background: Our project started with the desire to demo and rebuild a failing ~4' timber retaining wall in our rear patio which extended beyond our property line into public space. Our HOA opted to build a stair instead of their section of the retaining wall. As you can imagine, this got a little complicated as it required a number of different reviews and permits from the city. I opted to manage the permitting myself, which involved a number of revisions to drawings and schedule delays. AtlasGC was very patient and accommodating during this process and also helped me work with the city to get the drawings approved. The city-driven changes to the design introduced added cost after their initial quote, but in order to keep the project from falling further behind schedule, they moved forward and absorbed the added cost. Communication/Professionalism: Shiraz and Abdul were very communicative and professional during the entire process. During the design evolution, Shiraz assembled a number of revised quotes which were very clear, timely and professionally assembled. We discussed a number of different options for the construction of the wall and he was very transparent regarding price, time, etc. During construction Abdul, Melvin and his crew were very respectful of the area and kept a clean construction site. Once started, the project progressed quickly and completed within the established timeframe. AtlasGC was also very patient and obliged to a couple of requests I made to make adjustments to their completed work per my personal preferences. They did this free of charge, without hesitation. Pricing: We had a number of contractors provide quotes on the project and AtlasGC was by far the most competitive. So competitive, in fact, that we decided to also have them hardscape our entire patio with a beautiful stone paving system. I highly recommend AtlasGC for their work, professionalism, collaborative spirit, and competitive pricing.

Very patient and professional. Hernan, the Project Manager, was very professional and responsive. Unlike many other contractors we've hired, Hernan was on site every day to make sure things were going well. He was very receptive to constructive feedback and requests for minor deviations. Hernan and the Sales Rep, Scott were extremely helpful in finding us solutions to the nationwide supply shortage. Transblue is absolutely one of the best contractors we have ever hired, and we plan to bring them back for future projects.

I got 4 or 5 names from Home Advisor. One was a no show. One had a ridiculously high price. Two were competitive, and I chose Transblue based on my conversation with the bidder. I'm glad I did. My project involved both concrete and asphalt work, and everything was top-notch.

Took over seven months to do a backyard patio project. They switched project managers twice (without notice), project managers were the only ones keeping the workers performing at an acceptable standard. When ever they removed a project manager the work suffered, jobs had to be redone over and over. Never saw or heard from the owner again after initial contact, even when jobs where being done incorrectly. He would avoid contact even to the point of sending administrative staff or unsupervised workers to my home instead of dealing with me himself. Money not worth the headache of dealing with Transblue Arlington ownership team.
