"NV's rep, Bruce Finley, was very patient. He initially bid with the standard black corrugated plastic pipe. When I told him that I wanted to instead use white PVC because it would not crush, he pointed out that it would cost more and he didn't think it was worth the extra money, but if that's what I wanted he would modify the estimate, which he did. I had two other estimates from other well-known companies, which had slightly different approaches that cost more money. After thinking about what I should do (and soliciting opinions from friends) for a year, I chose NV. They saved money by having the pipe drain to a flower bed in the side yard, instead of digging all the way to the street, which would have ruined some of my trees and shrubs. The crew did a beautiful job - the back patio with the French drain around the perimeter looks great. We've had a few storms, although nothing horrendous, and so far so good with the drainage."

"Following the waterproofing of my basement, I decided to install a tile floor. I chose Sino-American Consulting because Mason, the General Manager and Owner, was by far the most knowledgeable of those who gave me an estimate for the job.  I purchased the materials for the job (tiles, grout, and sealer) from Home Depot. When I told Mason that they charge $ 75. for the delivery of the materials and leave them outside at the curb, he said that his men would pick up the materials and bring them into my house at no charge!
 The workmen began the job on Monday, April 13, and finished it on Thursday, April 23. They came every morning at around 8 am, and worked continuously till 4-5 pm every day. They were courteous and responsive, and clearly extremely proud of their workmanship. Mason is very proud of his men: when the job was done, he specifically brought to my attention the perfect circle that they had cut around the newly installed sump pump. Mason is like an artist who strives to create a perfect work of art. He suggested laying the tiles on the diagonal in order to create a more interesting design, and, with the beautiful new baseboard, the result is magnificent! I told him that I need to have a party now to show off my new basement! Throughout the process, Mason encouraged questions, and patiently addressed all my concerns.
