We contacted Phoenix Home Services to take over this ever increasing endeavor. They managed the entire project, on budget and on time, and kept us updated throughout. When an issue arose…unexpected plumbing and electrical relocation…they brought it to our attention and were quick to determine the options, adjust their crew and keep moving forward. Their entire team was friendly, professional showed up at scheduled times and adjusted to accommodate our needs. At one point they were ahead of schedule, so we added re-screening our porch. "DO NOT use this company. I went through Lowes to have a composite deck built. Working with them was an absolute nightmare. It took them 3 months to even START the job. I discovered the reason for the delay is because when they filed the permit (which took them 6 weeks to do), the contractor's license was expired. It then took them another 5 weeks to update their license in order to get the permit. They ordered and installed a completely differently railing style than what was on the contract/design, then blamed me for the mistake. Rather than ordering a new product, they cut the existing one to make it work. I am now 9 months post project, and the railing has warped, the deck is sloped, and the overall quality is horrible. Worst of all, turns out they NEVER GOT IT INSPECTED! I learned that Lowes had to fire them due to MULTIPLE issues with the company. I am thankful I have Lowes to help rectify the issues, but if i didn't, I would be pursuing legal action against them!"
