"The service tech called the morning of the service and told that he would be there between the hours of 10 am & 1:am. He was there right at 10:00 am. The completed the 3 toilet installs in 2 1/2 hours. The work done was perfect. The guys were professional and cleaned up after they were done. 1st class service from start to finish."

They were prompt but didn't really do much except replace sprinkler heads and charge $25/sprinkler (total $425), ridiculous since these heads are only about $5-6 at lowes & home depot. They never hooked up equip to test the controller/valves, etc.

Usually I'd do it myself but had a family emergency come up so was in a rush to leave town. These guys are a rip off as now, my sprinkler wouldn't turn off last night at all (even after unplugging the sprinkler controller). Had to call city of dallas to come turn off the water.

I highly recommend AI Sprinklers in DFW whom I've used before (from Angie's list)...I called them after this issue of the sprinkler not turning off and they promptly came out & took care of my issue. Very professional and knowledgeable.

"Smoothly. They arrived around 2PM and had done what they could by 9PM. They determined they needed an extra air intake and weren't prepared to install that day. They left with the unit fully operational if not operating at full tonnage. The installation was finished without a hitch at the soonest time I had available. They were very careful not to leave dirt or to damage any surfaces and were courteous and helpful throughout. Installation was of a 4 ton SEER 18 unit. Quality of the installation is excellent."

"Very prompt response to request for quote. Quote was reasonable. Started work immediately by hand digging a trench from the street to the house. Approximately 75 ft under a sidewalk and around sprinkler system. Took some work but there was damage to anything. Replaced line, got city approval, covered trench. All in all a great job. I finally came across Mark Masters. From the first phone call, Mark Masters Home Services was on the job immediately to scope out the work and provide an extremely competitive estimate. They explained multiple options and the pro's and con's of each path. After deciding how we wanted to proceed, they then returned promptly to perform the rough-in work, which included adding water lines and relocating a drain line. The rough-in work was completed within about a day and they left the area very clean. After the cabinets, counter tops, and kitchen sink were installed, they returned within a day or two of my phone call to complete the plumbing finish work. This included hooking up a refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen sink, tankless water heater, and filtration system for our coffee maker. The neatness of the install is something to complement, as you can tell no shortcuts were taken to finish the job any sooner. Several of my colleagues have been commenting on how well the lines were run and the quality of the parts used. I am extremely happy with our new kitchen/break room and this experience has made it that much better. "

They were able to come out 2 days later, and found we did not have a major leak; but one of our sprinkler heads had gotten buried and was leaking/busted. This made it look like an underground leak. "The Basement Kings finished their LARGE job this morning, and I can’t praise them enough! They had a long, difficult job, but no complaints. When they discovered a problem, they fixed it. No problem, that’s their job. They found the water problem had a lot to do with drainage, so they worked outside in cold & rain & developed a system to carry water away from the house. That, to me, was over & above, but they said their main objective was to get & keep the basement dry, so they did what they had to do with no complaints. Now you can’t ask for better than that - they give their all! I am totally amazed!!"
