A I Sprinklers

We had all coordinated with Israel for few projects, the last message we received from him after the City came to flagged all the property(requested by him) was: “ Good morning I know we’re expecting a lot of rain later this afternoon I think it’s best that we wait to start to avoid a big mess on the side yard. Hopefully it will not be a lot of rain.” then he vanished. Never replayed to txts, voicemails, phone calls (from both me nor my husband) or e mail. Very strange! I thought something had happen to him but reading reviews I realized is something he has done before.

Excellent service. All irrigated areas were checked, and the sprinkler part was repaired for under the originally quoted cost even!

Great crew did a fantastic job and finished in less time than scheduled. Disposed of everything and left area neat and tidy. Absolutely will hire them again.

When A1 sprinklers didnt contact me I decided to contact them. Could not reach him by phone could not leave voice mail because phone recording would say mailbox is full. After several attempt I contacted Angie's list. They Emailed him,and the owner called me the next day.He said his crew could come out Saturday. After sundown on Saturday I assumed he wasn't coming so I called him. Said he had gotten tied up. Promised he would come on tuesday. Came on Tuesday. When I told him I needed mowing done,he said he didn't bring his lawn equipment but he would come back on Wednesday. On Wednesday they came and did a good job but what a ? headache. Reminds me of my last boyfriend. Never again?

They did an excellent job while using only manual hedge trimmers. Worked very hard, trimmed all of the bushes and picked up all of the excess trimmings. Great people.

Work was excellent. Very nice and professional. Did a great job and cleaned up nicely.

It went so well, I am hiring them to remove some trees in the future. They were fast, cleaned up everything - including using the pool tool! They did a great job!

I called Israel (he has done work for us before) and left a message and he promptly called back so that we could schedule an appointment. They were able to come out 2 days later, and found we did not have a major leak; but one of our sprinkler heads had gotten buried and was leaking/busted. This made it look like an underground leak. They fixed that quickly and checked our system out to make sure all was well. Will not hesitate to call them again.

One of the things we like about Israel and AI is he seems to be very respectful of his crew members. He's always talking and teaching them and it's really impressive to see his demeanor with them. They are also respectful of him and seem to be willing students. He often speaks Spanish to them but when he speaks to us, you would think English was his first language. He's intelligent and well spoken and professional. Regardless of who shows up, they work together to get it done and so far, everything they've done for us has been very good quality and reasonably priced. I appreciate being able to talk to the proprietor himself when I have a question.

Rep very professional and informative. Initial contact with company was problematic but once firmed I was full speed ahead. Good job.

Four guys came and did the job very fast. No issues.

When Israel returned my calls, I missed them as well.
I tried 3 or 4 times and I am done.  I would please like a refund and I will seek another provider.
I have seen trucks from Andy's sprinklers in my neighborhood, so I know they do our area.

We called A I Sprinklers, left a message, and Israel Jr. responded promptly.  We described our problem to him... an underground sprinkler line leak. He came out the next day and determined where our leak was, and proposed a solution of rerouting the line, if the line was compromised by tree roots.  The line was under a 20 year old tree. We agreed to the work plan.  Israel Sr. came out the next day with a crew, did some preliminary digging, and found that the leak could be completely fixed without rerouting the line; thus saving us lots of money!  I appreciated his honesty... he could have rerouted the line but chose to perform the task needed without adding extra work and cost to us.  Instead of looking at $1000 we paid an invoice of $155.00.  He also checked and fixed a couple of our sprinkler heads as well.  
We have used his services in the past and will continue to do so. We are pleased to highly recommend A I Sprinklers to anyone.  I found them to be responsive, friendly, honest and fair.
