"They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! "The job was more difficult than many because we upgraded from a 30-gallon water heater to a 40-gallon in a closet that was designed for the 30-gallon, so it was a tight fit. Although I had previously removed the door and trim to allow access, the walls remained as they were. The old water heater sat on the floor, and the new code required this one to be elevated 20” and other modifications as well. The plumber produced a neat, very professional installation in a very courteous and friendly manner. Bid was lower than others. I will use J. Rowe plumbing again."

"They were a bit more pricey compared to another provider but had better reviews so decided to go with them. The process was very smooth, the installers showed up promptly and completed the entire install within 5 hours even though it was raining heavily. However after they left the unit stopped working and I had to call them. They sent the same installers back to the house and he noticed the primary drain pipe was clogged so the system had auto shut-off. He spent another hour unclogging the pipes and everything is working fine since then. Staff were courteous and cleaned up everything before they left."

"Very prompt response to request for quote. Quote was reasonable. Started work immediately by hand digging a trench from the street to the house. Approximately 75 ft under a sidewalk and around sprinkler system. Took some work but there was damage to anything. Replaced line, got city approval, covered trench. All in all a great job. Very pleased with their service.
