Professional, on time and stuck to quote. Went above and beyond to fix un -foreseen matter. They cleaned up everything. We will always use Southern Air.

They are Lenox installers, and as such are not inexpensive, but their quote was lower than any of several I received. There sales technique is just honesty. They made suggestions as to how to save money on the installation. The work was impeccable. All employees were very professional and obviously qualified. They even sent an inspector a day after the installation who thoroughly inspected and tested the system to insure the installation was performed correctly.

They came and replaced my heating and air conditioning system , just as they said they would.

Kelly Smith was the best to inform concerning all aspects of the HVAC systems and the mechanics, warranty, and functionality. There wasn't a dumb question at any stage of the process. Southern Air responded to our request for evaluating balancing our heat & air flow in our home. They were more reasonable with the cost to replace our heat & air. They explained everything well, both before and after installation. Very friendly & professional.

Reasonably price job for replacing the Gas Valve. My only complaint is the pricing of a Capacity was highly overpriced. The Technician was very professional and if I ever use Southern Air for any other service, I would like the Technician

Professional install, fair pricing, quick responses to any questions. We had a new AC unit installed in a finished attic and they did a great job. Overall really happy and won't hesitate to use their services again.

I had several companies come to my home and give me quotes for a new Heat Pump system. Everyone of them except for Southern Air Mechanical tried selling me a bunch of extra things that I didn’t need and at a price that I couldn’t or would pay!!!!! Clint with Southern Air Mechanical came out looked at my old system and recommended a new system for thousands of dollars less than his competitors. He sold me on his company before he ever left my house. Did I mention that he sold and installed the same type of unit that his competitors wanted almost $7000.00 more for. His installation crew was top notch and did exactly what they told me they were going to do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked for a good HVAC company.

I am so happy I called this company. The owner came to my home with an estimate the day I called and the job was done the next day ! The two guys that did the work were wonderful !! Very professional, friendly and answered any questions I had. The owner even came by to see how things were going. I would highly recommend Southern Air to anyone !!! Out of all that I had give me estimates, Jamie from S. Air Mechanical really explained my options to me and gave me a written quote. I researched previous ratings and services that they had and I had a real peace of mind choosing this company. They came on the day and time they said, completed the job in the time they said and cleaned up all materials from the job. Very pleased with the new system and the work quality.

Jamie came out to give an estimate, He was on time, professional and thorough. He was the first estimate I received and the best value after all estimates were evaluated. Hired Southern Air on Saturday and it was installed the following Tuesday. Installation crew was on time, quick and courteous. The job, estimate, install and outcome were all A++.
