Called in advance, showed up within 2 hour window. Did work quickly. Price was reasonable, not cheap.
Did not leave a mess. Explained warranty. This is fourth time I have used Young Plumbing, always happy with results. During holidays they responded quickly came out next day

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

This is the 2nd time we have used this company.The water line to the refrigerator was in the slab in the wall behind the refrigerator that we were relocating. He chiseled out the concrete and  capped the line. Then ran a new line to the refrigerator. Did a stellar job. I would highly recommend them.

Youngs called 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let me know the technician was on his way. He arrived on time, was courteous and unclogged the kitchen drain line within minutes. This company is contacted with my home warranty service so I cannot comment on their actual price for service, but well worth my $75 fee.

Gary & Greg were very punctual and professional. They arrived when they said they would and began work immediately. They were very respectful of our home and our pets, and accomplished their task with as little damage as possible to the drywall.  The job was completed right on time, and we are very satisfied with their work.  I would highly recommend Young's Plumbing and I would definitely call them again in the future if we require any additional plumbing work.

Phoned my problem in, they sent Gary who arrived well within my appointment window. In about 30 minutes he found and removed the clogs to my septic system. The price was reasonable and I like the 90 day warranty.

He showed up on the afternoon that we closed on house and got us hot water going. we did not have new toilets on site so we had to set those ourselves but he did a good job of getting everything ready for them.

I called a little after noon on a Friday afternoon with no working toilets and no appointment.  They got a man out in an hour and he resolved the problem and discussed my options with me without any pressure.  Because the problem resolved spontaneously during the check out he charged me nothing.  Can't complain about that.

He came right away and began working in an attic where it was 100 degrees. The clog was very bad and it took him three hours in that heat working to get it open. Everything is working fine now. I have used Youngs several times in the past and I have always been pleased with their work and professionalism. I will definitely call them in the future when i need a good plumber.

They were very good, honest, I actually left my mother here at the house while I had to leave for a moment and felt very comfortable doing so, they were very respectful.

This was the third time I have use Young's Plumbing in the past year and I am so pleased that there is no question that I will call him if I need anything else. The plumber came, was courteous and professional and did a great job. I even had a coupon, so the price was great.

I called Jimmy as I did not have the right tool to remove the shower cartridge which was stuck due to old deposits etc.... Thanks to Jimmy for quick response...But price seems to be little high just to remove the cartridge...The person came did not have the extra screw etc. and as Moen did not send me the long screw, I have to make another trip later to Lowes/home-depot to find the right size screw and then assemble everything... Thanks anyway for the help...

When he came with the toilet, he found that it was broken in the box, so he had to take it back and get another one. He was fast and professional and cleaned up after himself. Even though it was a hassle for him because of the broken toilet, he was pleasant and wanted me to be pleased.  I will definitely call them again when I have any plumbing needs.

Very prompt response to request for quote. Quote was reasonable. Started work immediately by hand digging a trench from the street to the house. Approximately 75 ft under a sidewalk and around sprinkler system. Took some work but there was damage to anything. Replaced line, got city approval, covered trench. All in all a great job. Very pleased with their service.

I called Young's plumbing because when I woke up that morning I had a huge puddle of water in my living room. The gentleman that answered the phone said that he could a plumber out the same day. When Jimmy showed up he explained that I had a slab leak and gave me a quote for tunneling and to repair the leak.Jimmy helped me call my insurance company to have them pay for it. I set up for the work to be done the next day. Jimmy and some diggers come out the next morning and got right to work. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. He cleaned up his mess and made sure my yard was the way they found it. I was grateful that they use booties when in my house so they did not take mud and stuff throughout my house. Thank you very much Young's Plumbing, I will be using them anytime I have plumbing problems.

I called Young's plumbing on that morning and they had someone out the same day. My water heater was leaking and making a huge mess and I needed it replaced ASAP. The person that answered the phone was very nice and helpful, he explained how to turn the water off so it would not keep leaking all over my floor.  The time they gave me was 9-12, At 8:30 I got a call stating that the plumber was an hour away.Gary was the plumber that showed up, he was very nice and friendly. He quoted me a price of 1120.00. I asked him how soon could he get started and he said right away. He went to the supply house and pick up the water heater and was back working on it within the hour.. He was very nice and answered all my questions. When he was finished he cleaned up his mess and the price quoted is what they charged me. I am grateful for this company and if I ever have a plumbing problem again I will be calling Young's plumbing. Thank you for the wonderful job.

I called Young's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning very early and expected to get an answering service and have to wait for a call back. Imagine my surprise when a plumber answered the phone and was at my house about 30 or 45 minutes later. They were here for about 2 minutes and found the source of the problem. It took them a very short amount of time to fix the problem. They then went above and beyond their jobs by cleaning up the water caused by the broken water line and the additional mess you will find under a refrigerator that hasn't been moved in awhile because I am disabled. I honestly thought when I received the bill that I would have to take a 2nd mortgage because it was 8 on a Saturday morning after all. I could not believe how low his bill was for all they did. I am a loyal customer from today forward!!  

Technician arrived when promised and completed task in a timely manner.  All work done as specified, price was reasonable, would use again. I supplied the equipment for install, price was for labor only.

The old toilet was in a small utility room and was in a very tight space. Jimmie picked up the new toilet, took out the old one and replaced it. He also replaced the old shut off valve. He was very efficient and professional. He was there when he said he would be and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use him for my future plumbing needs.
