They sent a young man named James to do a full Hot/ Cold plumbing replacement for our house, he was extremely professional throughout the process. He showed up on the agreed time and worked steadily with a great sense of humor and a smile. He did an amazing job by himself in 6 hours and their prices are great for the level of professionalism every member of the staff I spoke with. WOW. Talk about a crew that shows up and shows out. These guys jump in on anew build. They ran from the meter to the house placed future valve for shop. Plumbed back porch for outdoor kitchen, and all outside faucets. Ran all water through out the house 2 full baths laundry room and kitchen. Ran gas lines for tankless water heater, 2 central heat units and a commercial cook stove 6 burners double oven griddle and broiler, and plumbed for a whole house generator. The total BTU for the gas Appliances is between 550,000-600,000. These young men know what they are doing. The only way you’ll be disappointed is if you don’t use them. They take great pride in their work ethic and the quality of work they turnout.

I’ve had issues with my septic for a while and decided to call Johnson SPD. Kade and Noah came out the next day and assessed the situation. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done and we decided to go ahead with the repair. The guys were not only highly skilled, but were also very polite and professional. They completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up all their mess afterwards. The pricing was fair and their work far exceeded my expectations. First Kade came out to fix our broken water main line and found the builder had installed the wrong size pipe. After Kade's speedy work, we're not only NOT leaking water, we've got water pressure for the first time. This time they came out for the toilets, one of which had never worked. In the process of installing the 4 new toilets with much nicer ones, they found 1 had never been tied in and all 4 had not been screwed to the floor, they were just sitting on the ring! Finally, we've got foundation work to do and Kade came to test the system. In the process he found the septic needed pumping and if we had waited any longer we would have had an expensive problem. It's weeks later and we've got awesome water pressure, the house no longer smells of methane and we don't have to wait for the toilets to stop rocking when we sit to do our businesses (and this is an expensive custom home!).
