However, I gave them a C rating because I called for an estimate on another job.  They came out and were going to email me the estimate.  After almost a week, I called and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet.  I have never heard from them.  I wasted time waiting for their bid, thinking that if it was reasonable, I would go with them since hey did a good job on the faucets.  I will not call them again for anything. "

That was the $59 sprinkler tune-up promotion, great deal!  I also had 2 damaged areas in my drip line, they were able to patch it up and only cost $60 to fix the 2 leaks  Very quick and efficient, professional, polite, everything you could ask for from a contractor. "They were a bit more pricey compared to another provider but had better reviews so decided to go with them. The process was very smooth, the installers showed up promptly and completed the entire install within 5 hours even though it was raining heavily. However after they left the unit stopped working and I had to call them. They sent the same installers back to the house and he noticed the primary drain pipe was clogged so the system had auto shut-off. He spent another hour unclogging the pipes and everything is working fine since then. Staff were courteous and cleaned up everything before they left."

Did not have bathtub faucet on original repair request, so service man went to Home Depot to get me a new disposal AND a new faucet and was very fast and efficient with his work, and gave me a better price than I imagined which included BOTH items.
