What I received was an Elite heat pump and a lower model Merit air handler. "I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000.
