They were prompt but didn't really do much except replace sprinkler heads and charge $25/sprinkler (total $425), ridiculous since these heads are only about $5-6 at lowes & home depot. They never hooked up equip to test the controller/valves, etc.

Usually I'd do it myself but had a family emergency come up so was in a rush to leave town. These guys are a rip off as now, my sprinkler wouldn't turn off last night at all (even after unplugging the sprinkler controller). Had to call city of dallas to come turn off the water.

I highly recommend AI Sprinklers in DFW whom I've used before (from Angie's list)...I called them after this issue of the sprinkler not turning off and they promptly came out & took care of my issue. Very professional and knowledgeable.

"Smoothly. They arrived around 2PM and had done what they could by 9PM. They determined they needed an extra air intake and weren't prepared to install that day. They left with the unit fully operational if not operating at full tonnage. The installation was finished without a hitch at the soonest time I had available. I called Mark Masters at 3:30 PM and told them I had seen their disposal install special on Angie's List, and wanted to schedule their service. The appointment was scheduled for the next day between 10:00 AM and Noon. The next morning I received a text around 8:00 AM from Mark stating that an earlier appointment had cancelled and asking if they could come earlier. I said yes, the plumber (Seth) was at my house within 15 minutes, and the install was complete in about 30 minutes. Seth was clean cut and polite, the kind of guy you'd trust around your grandmother. "This went well. This company is very professional and very well cordinated also has good communication skills. I scheduled my appointment over the phone 2 weeks ago. A day before coming the receptionist called me to remind me that they were coming the next day. And the next day on their way over they called me telling me they were 30 minutes away. I could already tell that this company was going to be good by their professionalism. Also the receptionist was very caring and polite. They came on time and put on boot covers before entering the home. They started cleaning the ducts. While they were cleaning they told me that they would do a full system diagnosis. Upon the diagnosis they found some kind of fungal growth in our system. They also found that we had some air leaks in the system and that our coils and plenums were also filthy. Also our dryer vent was full of lint. Well the 149.99 was only for the basic cleaning of the ducts and dust in the system. All the additional services found were going to be an additional $650.00. They were not pushy in trying to sell me the job but told me that It should be taken care of for health reasons and a possible fire hazard from the dryer vent. I could understand that it would cost more because it would take an extra 3 hours to fix. Well I decided to do it. They finished the work cleaned up after themselves. My homes smell great. They did not just tell me I have these problems they should it to me. They also should me after the work was done. I really liked these guys they are honest and know what their doing. I did some research online and found out that the process they did made my system run more efficiently. I am satisfied. 30 minutes after they fiinshed the receptionist called asking how was the service. That is professional.
