Within three full days, they had removed all the old tile, leveled out the floor and installed new luxury vinyl planks throughout my entire home. We had Ricardo leading the demo team and Sergio leading the install team. These guys were fast, communicating with me the whole time, very knowledgeable and super respectful. It was actually a very easy process from start to finish and my floor is BEAUTIFUL! I wake up smiling as soon as I put my foot down and open my eyes. "Great. Ted came out the first day and applied chemicals to remove the old paint that a previous owner had applied to the bathtub. He came out the next day to remove the old paint, repaired the finish of the porcelain tub, and then applied a clear coat. It looks brand new. He also fixed the drain that was installed incorrectly at no extra charge. Ted did a great job of arriving on time, not causing a mess in our house, keeping the fumes to a minimum, and cleaning up after he was complete. Will definitely hire again."

"The provided services were outstanding and very thorough. I can not recommend these guys enough!              I had called multiple plumbing companies and received inadequate customer service. I finally came across Mark Masters. From the first phone call, Mark Masters Home Services was on the job immediately to scope out the work and provide an extremely competitive estimate. They explained multiple options and the pro's and con's of each path. After deciding how we wanted to proceed, they then returned promptly to perform the rough-in work, which included adding water lines and relocating a drain line. The rough-in work was completed within about a day and they left the area very clean. After the cabinets, counter tops, and kitchen sink were installed, they returned within a day or two of my phone call to complete the plumbing finish work. This included hooking up a refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen sink, tankless water heater, and filtration system for our coffee maker. The neatness of the install is something to complement, as you can tell no shortcuts were taken to finish the job any sooner. Several of my colleagues have been commenting on how well the lines were run and the quality of the parts used. I am extremely happy with our new kitchen/break room and this experience has made it that much better. "

He was very responsive to questions and feedback and jumped on any issues we brought up. And his team did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. "Our game room is large at 21 x 13 ft. and has a 10' high multi-level ceiling. The paint job that Dream Renovations (DR) performed is superb. The detail work on the paned french doors and molding is perfect. The painter did it free hand! Cain (owner DR) assisted in the paint selection based on his experience with current color trends.
We had carpet in the game room. DR tore out and disposed of it. DR placed 275 sq. ft. of 18" square porcelain tile. Again, Cain assisted us in selection of tile to blend with our 12" sq. ceramic tile in our adjacent hallway. His suggestion to stagger the tile placement was right on! Along with suggestion of the small mosaic tile along the threshold separating the existing tile from the new tile looks great. In addition. Cain coordinated well with the pool table movers.
We did our research on competitive pricing for this project. We have used DR in the past to fix some rotted sheet-rock  in our master shower and re-tile and paint the room. Both projects fit our budget which Cain always discusses in detail with options. The shower work was prior to Christmas week and house guests. DR came to our rescue.
DR provides quality workmanship and the tile installers and painters are really nice guys that that we enjoy having in our home. Cain knows how to manage his jobs and complete the work within our budget and schedule.
We cannot wait to have them back to do our counter tops and more painting! Highly recommended.

"I was very pleased.  Fernando spent quite a bit of time explaining the process they use and how it differed from other more traditional steam cleaning processes.  He and his colleague were in my home all day (9:30-4:00), and when they left, you would have not known they had been there except the carpet was much cleaner and was fluffed, and the tile and grout was much lighter/cleaner and brighter.  I worked in my home office all day and they never bothered me until they had to clean the floor.  They worked hard and knew what to do.  Very professional.
