"The gentleman called when he was about 15 minutes away. He cleaned the carpet and removed all stains. My kids blocked the bathroom sink why running water which drained into the hallway carpet. The gentleman did a great job in sucking all that water. After finishing cleaning he helped fix my vacuum cleaner which I was about to discard because it was not functioning properly. Very good family owned company. I will always use them until they choose to retire."

"Ken was a able to schedule the appointment quickly and spent the time to explain the dark areas on our carpet against the walls. He educated us on pet stains and the proper cleaning solution to keep the grout looking new. He spent about 5 hours on the floors and they looked fantastic. He did the tile work by hand versus using a machine so there would be no splatter of cleaner on the walls or appliances. He dropped off 2 special cleaners for us a few days after the job. I would highly recommend him."

"The floors are beautiful. When picking out the flooring the owners patiently answered all many questions. Allowed me to take samples home. Once I decided on the flooring they came out and measured and provided me the cost. Workman were timely. Opened a box and verified that it was the right flooring. Walked through the house with me and had me verify how the floor was to be layed. I was told it would take approximately 4 to 5 days. They were done by the 4th day. Put the large pieces of furniture back and cleaned up. Loved the work, flooring and the people.

"Great. Ted came out the first day and applied chemicals to remove the old paint that a previous owner had applied to the bathtub. He came out the next day to remove the old paint, repaired the finish of the porcelain tub, and then applied a clear coat. It looks brand new. He also fixed the drain that was installed incorrectly at no extra charge. Ted did a great job of arriving on time, not causing a mess in our house, keeping the fumes to a minimum, and cleaning up after he was complete. Will definitely hire again."
Heavy rust under the bathmat used to cover it
Good shape but very dated
Deep soaking tub but hard to step over sidewalls
Looks infinitely better and compliments the newer granite vanities. The customer wished she’d know about this before the new vanity installation!
Dated granite good condition

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

Regular cleaning and sealing are recommended to protect the tiles and grout and maintain their appearance and functionality over time.

Caulk and grout are two different materials with different purposes and should not be used interchangeably. Grout is used to fill the gaps between tiles; it hardens to keep them sturdy and in place on walls or floors. Caulk, on the other hand, is a flexible, waterproof material used to seal corners, cracks, and edges, such as where a tub meets tile or around windows for weatherproofing. Caulk can also be used to temporarily repair damaged grout.

Clean your silicone caulk at least once a month to prevent mold and dirt buildup. In high-moisture areas like bathrooms and kitchens, you may want to clean more frequently, such as every two weeks, to maintain the caulk’s integrity and prevent potential water damage. Regular cleaning ensures that your caulk remains effective and your home stays mold-free and well-maintained.

You can use a combination of mild soap and hot water to clean ceramic tile floors, walls, and other surfaces. When you’re cleaning a floor, it’s best to use a rag or chamois rather than a sponge mop, which can push dirt deeper into the grout. If the soap leaves any residue, use a mildly acidic cleaner to remove it.

You’ve tackled the pee stain on the carpet, but that smell still lingers in the air. Yuck! Fortunately, you can use certain sprays to help remove the odor. A homemade baking soda spray, made with 1/4 cup of baking soda and 2 cups of water in a spray bottle, can help remove the smell of pee. You can also use an enzymatic cleaner directly on the pee stain to deodorize it.
