"The gentleman called when he was about 15 minutes away. He cleaned the carpet and removed all stains. My kids blocked the bathroom sink why running water which drained into the hallway carpet. The gentleman did a great job in sucking all that water. After finishing cleaning he helped fix my vacuum cleaner which I was about to discard because it was not functioning properly. Very good family owned company. I will always use them until they choose to retire."

"Ken was a able to schedule the appointment quickly and spent the time to explain the dark areas on our carpet against the walls. He educated us on pet stains and the proper cleaning solution to keep the grout looking new. He spent about 5 hours on the floors and they looked fantastic. He did the tile work by hand versus using a machine so there would be no splatter of cleaner on the walls or appliances. He dropped off 2 special cleaners for us a few days after the job. I would highly recommend him."

"Reyes Custom Floos did a great job installing my laminate floors in my family room, entry way and hallways.  Mr. Reyes is involved in doing and directing the job to be done.  He removed carpet and old tile with his special little machine that keeps dust to a minimum.  He took his time and prep the area before laying the floors.  He is thorough and I feel I got so much more for the price.  My floors look beautiful.  We already discussing another job.

"The floors are beautiful. When picking out the flooring the owners patiently answered all many questions. Allowed me to take samples home. Once I decided on the flooring they came out and measured and provided me the cost. Workman were timely. Opened a box and verified that it was the right flooring. Walked through the house with me and had me verify how the floor was to be layed. I was told it would take approximately 4 to 5 days. They were done by the 4th day. Put the large pieces of furniture back and cleaned up. Loved the work, flooring and the people.

"Great. Ted came out the first day and applied chemicals to remove the old paint that a previous owner had applied to the bathtub. He came out the next day to remove the old paint, repaired the finish of the porcelain tub, and then applied a clear coat. It looks brand new. He also fixed the drain that was installed incorrectly at no extra charge. Ted did a great job of arriving on time, not causing a mess in our house, keeping the fumes to a minimum, and cleaning up after he was complete. Will definitely hire again."
Heavy rust under the bathmat used to cover it
Good shape but very dated
Deep soaking tub but hard to step over sidewalls
Looks infinitely better and compliments the newer granite vanities. The customer wished she’d know about this before the new vanity installation!
Dated granite good condition

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

Yes, pros use specialized solutions and pressure settings tailored to surface sensitivity.

Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove loose dirt, mop with mild detergent, and use grout sealer every six months to protect against staining. Prompt attention to spills prevents permanent discoloration and buildup.

A deep cleaning goes beyond traditional cleaning and includes tasks like cleaning grout and baseboards, organizing closets and drawers, dusting blinds and fans, and cleaning the inside and outside of appliances. It’s a much more thorough, comprehensive cleaning that focuses on hard-to-reach areas and often forgotten about spots.

Your schedule for deep cleaning will depend on how often you clean regularly and how dirty your home gets. If you clean weekly and keep things tidy, you may only need to deep clean once a year. But if you don’t keep up with regular cleaning or have pets that drag in mud and shed all over the house, you might need deep cleaning two or three times a year.

To clean tile counters and backsplash, you can use a store-bought tile cleaner or a mixture of a one-half cup of dish soap, one-half cup of water, one and two-thirds cup of baking soda, and a couple tablespoons of vinegar. Wipe the surfaces clean, then dry them.

For floors, you can do daily sweeping to remove dirt. Once per month, clean the floors with a solution of one gallon of warm or hot water and one-fourth cup of vinegar.
