"The gentleman called when he was about 15 minutes away. He cleaned the carpet and removed all stains. My kids blocked the bathroom sink why running water which drained into the hallway carpet. The gentleman did a great job in sucking all that water. After finishing cleaning he helped fix my vacuum cleaner which I was about to discard because it was not functioning properly. Very good family owned company. I will always use them until they choose to retire."

"Ken is a very nice man. He arrived on time and took care of cleaning my carpets quickly. I periodically interrupted him to ask questions or to guide him on tough areas and he never demonstrated irritation. Ken went beyond expectations by instructing me on regular carpet care, i.e. how to vacuum my carpet to get the best results in-between cleanings. I learned a few new tricks thanks to him. Also, Ken saw areas in the house that I might want additional assistance. Without being pushy Ken had a camera in his truck and showed me before-and-after pictures on stone/tile enhancers. We also talked about my challenges in cleaning the black granite counter-tops and he sent me an email the very next day with link to a product that he has found helpful. Overall, Ken was courteous, helpful, and conscientious about his work."

"In May, one of the owners of the store, Dave came to the house to measure for the laminate installation and later we came out to the store to select the product. We then scheduled the work. The 3-man crew came out and completed the work in 3 1/2  days. The crew was easy to work with.
In September, we decided to schedule the second phase of the laminate installation and called the store and Dave came out to perform the floor measurement for the laminate and tile. We returned to the store and met with the other owner, Johnny to select the tile. The work was scheduled. The same 3-man crew from the May job came out and installed the laminate and tile in 3 days.
Both jobs were done without major issues. The owners and crew were easy to work with.

"Great. Ted came out the first day and applied chemicals to remove the old paint that a previous owner had applied to the bathtub. He came out the next day to remove the old paint, repaired the finish of the porcelain tub, and then applied a clear coat. It looks brand new. He also fixed the drain that was installed incorrectly at no extra charge. Ted did a great job of arriving on time, not causing a mess in our house, keeping the fumes to a minimum, and cleaning up after he was complete. Will definitely hire again."

"Roma Tile was extremely helpful. When I selected a tile for my kitchen the salesperson, whose name I have sadly forgotten, made it a point to show me a similar tile that they had in the clearance room for less. I ordered some lovely glass tile for the shower and the salesperson was incredibly patient helping find a coordinating ceramic tile for the floor and walls. I will definitely return to them."
