Dream Renovations and the owner, Cane Caldwell.
 
These people came into my
home to create a bathroom out of a mess. 
We had to completely gut the bath that contained an old garden tub and
really bad cabinets.  After clearing the
mess Dream Renovations began to build a beautiful walk in shower and bath area
with everything we desired.  They
constructed a linen closet, new cabinets, stripped off old wall paper and did
interior design as well as construction. 
The owner, Cane Caldwell is
basically an artist with a sense of perfection. If you are like me and do not
see a finished product with construction, you can rest in Cane?s ability to do
so.  If there is something along the way
that you want to change they are very accommodating with that also.  Let me just say that I have a dream new bath.
I also want to comment on the
character of Mr. Caldwell who has a sense of responsibility and integrity.  He did everything we ask while doing his best
to keep to the time we requested. 
Renovations can be hard to predict since there is always the possibility
of the unexpected.  We sailed through a
couple of those with a great attitude and sense of responsibility from this
business.

I was having trouble getting a drywall repair done because everyone that I called was very busy and said it was going to be 4-6 weeks before they could do the repair. I called Cane at Dream Renovationz about 7pm on Thursday evening.  I really expected to leave a message, but to my surprise Cane actually answered the phone.  I told him that I needed drywall replaced/repaired in three different areas due to a washer/dryer add-on in the garage. I explained that I was having a great deal of trouble getting someone to do the job.  Cane said that normally they did not do small jobs, but he would try to help me out.  After talking again the next day, Cane said he would send his drywall contractor out on Saturday to do the job.  On Saturday, Cane and his drywall contractor arrived and Cane looked over the job.  He quoted me about $90 higher than the other two estimates I had received, but he was there and willing to do the job, so I agreed to the price. The contractor was very pleasant, and worked steady and was very careful.  At one point there was an electrical problem that came about when turning on a power tool. It seemed that either a plug was bad or a breaker was bad. Not sure what to do, I called Cane and explained the problem.  He showed up at my house and fixed the problem within a few minutes.  I was very impressed at his willingness to fix the problem and also impressed that he was able to identify and fix the electrical issue within a few minutes. The contractor finished the project and asked me if I was completely satisfied.  He wanted to make sure that I was happy before he left.  I was very happy with the work and would use this company again.  I really appreciate that Cane was able to help me out and do this small job for me. Cane was friendly and so was the contractor that actually did the work.

Cane and his crew went above and beyond all of our expectations! They made sure to cover all their walkways from the bathroom to their workspace outside every morning and picked it all up and left our house cleaned up every night! The tile work was perfect from top to bottom. The glass doors finished off the shower inclosure perfectly. We will definitely use Dream Renovationz again when we update our kitchen.

Our game room is large at 21 x 13 ft. and has a 10' high multi-level ceiling. The paint job that Dream Renovations (DR) performed is superb. The detail work on the paned french doors and molding is perfect. The painter did it free hand! Cain (owner DR) assisted in the paint selection based on his experience with current color trends.
We had carpet in the game room. DR tore out and disposed of it. DR placed 275 sq. ft. of 18" square porcelain tile. Again, Cain assisted us in selection of tile to blend with our 12" sq. ceramic tile in our adjacent hallway. His suggestion to stagger the tile placement was right on! Along with suggestion of the small mosaic tile along the threshold separating the existing tile from the new tile looks great. In addition. Cain coordinated well with the pool table movers.
We did our research on competitive pricing for this project. We have used DR in the past to fix some rotted sheet-rock  in our master shower and re-tile and paint the room. Both projects fit our budget which Cain always discusses in detail with options. The shower work was prior to Christmas week and house guests. DR came to our rescue.
DR provides quality workmanship and the tile installers and painters are really nice guys that that we enjoy having in our home. Cain knows how to manage his jobs and complete the work within our budget and schedule.
We cannot wait to have them back to do our counter tops and more painting! Highly recommended.

Cane and his crew were fantastic! They showed up, worked long long hours to get the job done, and left me with a sharp looking new bathroom.  Cane was meticulous about getting things right, even tearing out already laid tile and re-doing the job a few times when he noticed small flaws. He has been incredibly responsive, has listened carefully to what I wanted, offered some great suggestions, and worked hard to help me get the most out of my budget. I have more repair work to do in the house after the plumbers and I'm going to have Dream Renovationz repair the rest of the floors and drywall.

They were excellent in all areas of the job and they really knew what they were doing. They actually saved me a lot of money in a lot of ways by hiring day workers and picking them up at Work Ready to do certain menial jobs that I didn't include in the work description, like landscaping and tree removal and hauling off the massive amount of old material that they took out of the house. They were there every single day except Sunday and a few Saturdays until the work was completed.

Cane Caldwell and his crew from Dream Renovationz did an excellent job and I have zero complaints. They were there every single day until the job was done. The quality of the tile work, in particular, was incredible. Everything, in fact, was pretty much flawless. The work took a little longer than we expected originally, but that was understandable considering the tiny amount of crawlspace under my very old home (built in 1912) which required excavating by hand to replace the plumbing.
When I get back from vacation I plan on hiring them for more remodeling, this old place needs it. You can't go wrong with this company.

Bid $6,000.00 It all started very well, until the the contractor began to give me push-back on very simple requests during the renovation. We had multiple arguments that were not necessary if he had only followed instructions. The final details of the bathroom were very poorly done. When confronted about the shoddy work he told me I was a bully and he was willing to go to court because he felt the job was done well. When I hired him I showed him specifically the quality of work I was expecting and he assured me that he could do the job with the bid he offered. There are only two explanations 1-he did not care or want to do a good a good job or 2-he didn't have what it took to do the job. Now it has taken me quite soon time and a lot of headache to correct the problems he left me with. I have been a high-end custom furniture and cabinet maker for more than ten years and I know quality and craftsmanship when I see it, and different price levels are not an excuse for poor work!

Stayed in budget and completed in timely fashion.  Was able to perform job without detail drawings.

Quality of repairs and new paint looks great. Cane offered recommendations for repairs and upgrades to the shower and bathroom based on our current budget. Cane and his crew were a real pleasure to have in our home. We are looking forward to having more upgrades to our home performed by Dream Renovationz.. In addtion, we were very grateful that Cane fit our repairs into his busy schedule. Our shower was unusable and we were expecting house guests. Another service provider did not return our call.

I called Cain to arrange a meeting to discuss what we wanted, we had a general idea of how we wanted it to look.  Cain made the appointment and showed up as promised and spent some time in the backyard looking at the site.  We had a picture of how we wanted it to look and he went right to work measuring and asking questions.  We found him to be not only extremely knowledgeable but also very agreeable and eager to meet our needs.  He had some very good ideas that really helped the project to turn out like it did.  He came back with his bid a couple of days later and we agreed to hire him and his company to do the work.  On a side note he was $2500 cheaper than the other bid we had received from the another contractor that had been recommended by the pool store that sold and installed the pool.  We agreed on a start date as well as a completion date.  Cain and his team showed up as promised on the start date and went to work, the work was completed in the appropriate timeframe.  During the process Cain and every single member of his team were courteous, thoughtful of our family in regards to noise, keeping the gate closed (we have a dog), clean, well mannered and generally just about the nicest group of people that you would ever want to meet.  It was a pleasure to do business with them.  They went out of their way to make the project really shine including some amazing finishing work when cutting the deck in around the pool as well as making a hinged door where the filter clean out is. Cain gave us all the options and extras we were looking for. We really couldn't be happier with our new deck or the crew that built it.
I am not sure if I can upload pictures but the deck is 38'x40' with rails on the back 2 sides and 3 steps that run the length of the other 2 sides.
The question above asks if we would use this company again, I talked to Cain recently about coming back to remodel our bathroom as well as another large project outside so I expect be seeing them around the house again very so

Super nice guys. Very eager to please. Did some things extra at no charge. He noticed and so had cemented a large stone step that had come loose, just to be nice. He even painted the workbench (unrequested).   Work done:  Replaced several 2x4s  that had rotted. Sprayed the area with anti-mildew product, then replaced damaged paneling, and painted those areas. Gave advice on some runoff drainage needed for the area.

Things went very well.  The crew from dream renovationz were very professional.  They came to work and did a wonderful job.  Mr. Caldwell offered suggestions to the changes we wanted to make on our home without being pushy or overbearing. He understood that we were working on a budget and did not try to push us past what were able to do financially.  He has a keen eye for color and adding subtle changes to the home that really make a difference.  The work they did to our home was excellent. We have received compliments from friends and family on the work done. We are looking forward to working with his team again in the future.  We would highly recommend Dream Renovationz.

I would love to tell you about my experience with the wonderful company called Dream Renovationz and a big thanks to Cane the owner who worked with me personally through the entire project!
 
My neighbor really liked the work done on his house and recommended me to use Dream Renovationz on an investment property of mine.
A lot of the floor was rotted out in the master bathroom from some water leaks that must have been aloud to run unfixed for no telling how long. The crew from DRz came in and tore out everything and refurbished the floor with all new wood and tile along with new bathtub, new sink, toilet , and painted etc... They made my bathroom look amazing!
After the bathroom I had DRz install new double pane windows, new front and back doors, and paint the outside wood trim all around the house and add attic insulation.
I am very pleased with the work from Dream Renovationz, they really gave this house the face lift it needed to sell and the bathroom is amazing! I will go with Dream Renovations on all my investment properties.

I'm Terry from Fort Worth and I just wanted to share with you the experience I had with Dre Renovationz.
I came home from a Maui vacation to find I had a broken water line which in turn caused water damage in my upstairs bathroom.some water damage in my upstairs bathroom.
Luckliy my next door neighbor is a retired plumber and shut the water off for me but I still had water damage in the ceiling , along the floor, and in my bathroom vanity.
The next day I set up a couple appointments to meet with remodelers to get a price on the the repairs . I ended up going with Dream Renovationz because Cane the owner was really friendly and seemed more concerned with getting the water up and giving me choices on different products and trainable prices that were in my budget than selling me on his company and themselves as did the other two guys I met up with.
I ended up remodeling my whole bathroom after deciding to go ahead and add a big jet spa bathtub while tiling my walls up to the celling.
I was really impressed with Dream Renovationz work. They kept my house clean and made my bathroom look like something out of a magazine. Besides Dream Renovations precise and beautiful work, what impressed me the most was that Cane spent almost an hour driving around the neighborhood to help us find our dog that got on the loose!
I look for great, loyal, and honest work as well as a good company and person that I feel does care about what is best for me and getting the most withy budget!

We had cracks throughout our house due to foundation problems. After having our foundation repaired, we hired Dream Renovationz to repair our sheetrock and make a few upgrades. Cane and his crew fixed all the cracks throughtout the house, retextured and painted. After the sheetrock repair, we decided to have all the out dated interior doors replaced. We also had them replace our kitchen counter tops and sink with custom concrete counter tops, copper sink, and new back splash. They were exceptionally clean and professional through the entire process. They kept the funiture and floors covered while working, and cleaned up at the end of every day. Dream Renovationz went the extra mile, and the end result is absolutely beautiful.
