I contacted Alter Construction and explained in few words about the project. Cynthia asked the right questions and when Eli came he already had all the information. Now that everyone is working from home I had to have a dedicated office. Eli asked if we had an architect or an engineer, we didn’t so he provided those services as well. The nice thing was that we could see the final design and the materials even before we started the project. Me and my wife are working all day from home and taking care of the kids, I just didn’t had the time to manage the project. So that was a such a huge relief to be able to trust them with that. This was our first project and for us it was really big, and they took all our worries away! "Less than a year after we moved in, we discovered mold (to which we are sensitive) in our "new" kitchen. Patriot Construction knew exactly what to do (hint: it does NOT involve bleach or DIY air samples) to handle the situation safely and also whom to contact regarding the testing. In addition to having the proper equipment, they were really good at explaining the different options and what each one might cost. They also could have taken advantage of the situation and told us that we needed an entirely new kitchen, but instead,their in-house master carpenter was able to build the needed cabinets to match the existing. We highly recommend them and will use them again on future projects."

"My kitchen cabinet was damaged by the dishwasher leak and the water remediation company had to get rid of the kitchen cabinet and took out the sheetrock behind the cabinet. Robert is a professional guy and he has been in the cabinet business for over 20 years. He bought the new insulation, new sheetrock and wood planks. He put the insulation and sheetrock back on and he made the cabinet from wood planks. The new cabinet matches the existing cabinets in the kitchen. He also painted the wall and so I could not see the sign of the cabinets being repaired. In all, I highly recommend oncall service."
