Founded in 2022 and based in Austin, Texas, The Local Building Group draws on over 20 years of experience in construction, project management, general contracting, and operational excellence to deliver a great experience for all of our clients. We endeavor to deliver on time, on schedule, and on budget. More than that, we want to exceed expectations in communicating with our clients making sure they understand our process and what to expect. Our focus is to help homeowners realize their vision for their home. Renew - Work with clients to renovate existing spaces, reimagine the inside or outside of the home, we can bring in our design team and design/build, build to spec, working together with our clients to refresh and renew. Renovate - Work with clients looking to add new square footage, renew/refresh existing spaces. Providing both design/build services as well as building to spec from provided plans. Build - New Construction, Demo and Rebuild, ADU/Accessory Builds, Phased Construction Services.

As well as anyone could expect. We were very pleased; we have been through many remodels and additions over the past 30 years, but this was our first new construction. It was on budget, on time and exactly what we wanted. The construction manager was always involved, kept us informed, and did a great job of managing the various subcontractors. Most importantly he did a superb job dealing with the complex city permitting process. We highly recommend this company and intend to use them on our next project.
