Something else needs to be done about this."

He came back in a few days with the right parts and fixed the four windows in a couple of hours. He was very detail oriented to make sure the pull-up and push-down of windows were balanced and I think he did a terrific job! Right now I enjoyed so much of the ease and smooth of opening and closing the windows! Sooo happy with the service!"
