Patriot Construction knew exactly what to do (hint: it does NOT involve bleach or DIY air samples) to handle the situation safely and also whom to contact regarding the testing. In addition to having the proper equipment, they were really good at explaining the different options and what each one might cost. They also could have taken advantage of the situation and told us that we needed an entirely new kitchen, but instead,their in-house master carpenter was able to build the needed cabinets to match the existing. "My kitchen cabinet was damaged by the dishwasher leak and the water remediation company had to get rid of the kitchen cabinet and took out the sheetrock behind the cabinet. Robert is a professional guy and he has been in the cabinet business for over 20 years. He bought the new insulation, new sheetrock and wood planks. He put the insulation and sheetrock back on and he made the cabinet from wood planks. The new cabinet matches the existing cabinets in the kitchen. He also painted the wall and so I could not see the sign of the cabinets being repaired. In all, I highly recommend oncall service."
