"CQS was very professional and always showed up on time. They did excellent work, and we will definitely be using them again in the future. We are very happy with the landscaping, deck staining/sealing, and concrete and stonework they completed for us. They go above and beyond to bring your vision to life."

"Once Paul got involved, I never had to worry again.. my project had hiccup that anyone else would have fun from but Paul and his team handled everything for me. Customizations, dealing with inspectors, solving nearly impossible logistic issues and surely more. And any job I've ever called him on, they do it, fast and right.. even odd ball stuff, like revenerring atable for me or fixing a plaster wall or fixing an antique sign for me.. such a god send Paul and his team are..I don't think there's anything he can't do.."
An idea of how you can turn a vaulted ceiling into a cool and useable space.
This used to be a dark and dirty attic. Conversions like this can be a great way to add square footage. With structural changes being one of our strengths, we can show you how to maximize your
space.
Lighting can transform any space into something magical.
Why be normal? Wall tile and a hexagonal stain glass window created an awesome mood for this homeowner.
Herringbone mosaic is very time consuming, but the results are worth it.

"Excellent. We couldn't be happier with the work Legacy did. The people (Raymond and George) were punctual, friendly and very considerate of our home. They correctly resized and replaced our air ducts and installed a Reme Halo. I inspected the work they did and was very impressed with their work. Air circulation in the house is 100% better and stronger, a great improvement."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Yes, modular homes offer a wide range of customization options for layout, finishes, and features.

Universal design costs can be minimal when you add them during construction; however, adding universal design principles to existing homes can sometimes increase renovation costs. For example, a mid-grade bathroom remodel is estimated to cost around $30,000, while a standard universal design remodel can cost closer to $40,000. Adding accessible design components can include widening hallways ($500 to $2,000), curbless showers ($2,000 to $8,000), and widening doors ($400 to $800). Keep in mind that these increased costs can lead to higher resale values because universal homes may appeal to a wider variety of buyers.

Custom homes can take an average of 18 months to build, mainly due to the lengthy design process, and most projects take somewhere between 12 and 24 months. When you work with the right custom home builders near you, they can help you map the road ahead and understand what can speed up or delay the timeline. Choosing locally available materials, for example, can speed things up without losing that customized touch.

The average build timeline for a home is between six and 12 months, with timelines pushing toward the upper end of that range if you’re creating a custom design or need a lot of land preparation before getting started. Hiring a general contractor or a custom homebuilder will help speed up the process, as you’ll see fewer delays between different parts of the build process getting done.

New constructions, renovations, and interior layouts benefit from expert drafting.
