Customer was rude and unreasonable from the beginning, even as we were just setting the appointment. No time or day was soon enough, and we were forced to reschedule other customers, at the risk of receiving a bad review (which we were promised if we didn't accommodate her rather demanding schedule). The homeowner was told we are not a pest control service, (we even offered to help her get a refund on her purchase at the time of scheduling and introduce her to a proper pest control service, to which she refused and said she didn't want to pay for pest control), but we still offered to try our best to keep the raccoons out anyway. She hovered behind the tech, ordering him around and making increasingly bizarre demands, sometimes shouting at him aggressively. Despite all of this, we still attempted to schedule her remaining hours of the coupon, to which she declined. All in all, the situation was very uncomfortable and we are glad to not have to work with this person again.Service Provider Response
