"It went very well. I was prepping a house to sell and I had them do several things. I was a pretty happy camper overall.  The only downside was the guy they sent to paint my stucco hadn't actually done stucco painting before – but he still did a great job! The concrete guy also did a great job."

"This was our first experience with remodeling a home, so we were very nervous about finding the right contractor. Catalyst Construction was recommended by our interior designer, and they turned out to be an excellent partner for this huge project! The project manager was professional, communicative, and accommodating throughout the duration of the work. As a mechanical engineer and former project manager myself, I was generally impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to work with us through design changes as the work progressed. The Catalyst team stayed on track and even pushed to complete final punch list items a few weeks ahead of schedule to allow our family to move in ahead of a deadline. For a project of this scale, it was exciting to see the final product start to appear after months of foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. In the end, I would say that the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Catalyst brought our vision to reality and it has been a wonderful place to call home!"
Mid century modern exterior that was completely transformed by adding a single pitch roof for some major curb appeal
Newly installed black windows and doors. Tiled bar top seating and engineered hardwood flooring.
Fully stocked wet bar with bar sink, floating shelves and flat panel cabinetry
Amazing stainless steel appliances. Large built in fridge, double over and chefs cooktop.
Fully custom cabinetry and custom stain grade island. We love this furniture style island!

"Did a fantastic job on my cabinets. Went above and beyond and not only did the repair, but reinforced for optimal conditions in the future. Definitely a must hire if you have any cabinet concerns. Additionally, pivoted mid job once identified that the builder used particle board instead of real wood. Would recommend them 100 times over!"

If you’re building an attached and enclosed garage for your RV, you’ll also want to give some thought to whether you’d like to add workspace, water or electricity, or additional storage. If so, you’ll need a garage with larger dimensions.

Yes, many providers offer design consultations to help optimize and maximize space, functionality, and usage. It is recommended to confirm the availability of this service with your specific installer or contractor.

You can draw your own house plans using three-dimensional modeling software, but in most cases, you’ll need an architect to draw up the final plans. Architects understand local building regulations and requirements, so their plans will be necessary for getting permits approved, and they’ll also ensure your home is structurally sound.
