Real Rating: 4.5 We used LFM to remodel our house, including our kitchen and main bathroom and closet. They also installed new floors, painted walls, removed popcorn ceilings, and updated the guest bathroom. We unexpectedly had to replace all of the wiring and insulation but those kinds of issues can be expected when you remodel a house built in the 70's. We worked with Arie and Justin. We used the WhatsUp app for communication, which was helpful. There were some challenges with communication; however, once those got resolved, things went smoothly. The crews worked hard and did beautiful work. Justin was awesome and brought some thoughtful touches to the project. We appreciated his support.

I recently hired LFM Remodeling to update the small master bathroom in my condo, and I’m so glad I did! They replaced an oversized tub and completely transformed the space into something clean, modern, and spa-like. Stav and his team were professional, responsive, and respectful of my home. They kept things tidy, finished on time, stayed within budget, and handled a few small hiccups without missing a beat. Numerous missteps by workers that homeowner had to direct corrections for because there was very little onsite supervision.

Happy that I hired them, absolutely professional and great job. No issues from start to finish, Jose was highly communicating and prompt in his response and made sure that the roofing on my porch was done to my satisfaction. We had two bathrooms remodeled with LFM and couldn’t be happier. From our initial meeting with Tommy the project manager until completion of the bathrooms there wasn’t a time when we felt we weren’t in good hands. Tommy was either on-site or an always answered phone call away. Javier, head of construction and his crew were the most hard-working and most pleasant people we’ve ever had do work in our home. At the end of each day they cleaned up and always left with a smile. The craftsmanship of the LFM group is absolutely top notch. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.
