BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! I was duped by this company! Told me the installation of my single front iron door would be $255/hr for 1 hr possible 2 hours for 2 people. This install was 7 hours for each person or 14 hours which cost me over $1300 to install 1 door. The door was already prehung. The 2 men were walking around wasting time, pretending to look for parts such as door handles which were right in front of them in the box. This is deceptive, false advertising, and will be reported to the BBB. They didn’t even get my confirmation/approval for additional hours or work! I will NEVER use their services again. Duped!

Highly professional team from start to finish. They called within an hour of me putting in my request, and were able to squeeze me in the very next day. They didn’t have a weekend up charge for the trip fee like others. Charles arrived right when he was scheduled, quickly diagnosed, was extremely thorough on educating about the problem, and gave us very fair pricing on the work and completed it the same morning. Will absolutely use them again.

I have been using this company for about two year for twice yearly checkups. Angle is good about explaining the system and what he is doing. It was time to replace my awesome American Standard with a Carrier AC & gas furnace. They kept to the quote we both agreed on. Installed in one day; techs were professional ( very open to my questions) and left a very clean area. I would recommend this company if asked and will continue to do twice yearly maintenance

I love A-Plus and gave recommended them to my family. We have them come out every 6mo for routine work and most recently for a repair. Our tech was so helpful and explained everything as he went. AND he even vacuumed up the insulation that fell out from the attic. They are great!

The handyman, Chris, was very good. My problem was with the "bait-and-switch" they pulled on me regarding price. When I engaged them, they quoted $129 for the first two hours, and $60 for any remaining hours. They also promised two handymen to get the job done more quickly, and promised to pro-rate the last hour if needed. They sent ONE handyman, who understandably took four hours to complete the project. The customer rep claimed to have called me beforehand to tell me they were only sending one person, but that call never happened. I ended up paying $300 for a job that probably would have taken a little over two hours. Had I known beforehand, I would surely have engaged another company's service. Receiving my complaint, the manager of the service agreed to refund $25. Big deal. I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone. Again, the handyman did a very good job, and was very amiable.

Our handyman pricing was $129 for the first two man hours (2 Men, 1 Hour OR 1 Man, 2 Hours), and $60 per man hour thereafter (2 Men would be $120 per additional hour). However our handyman pricing did increase to $75 per man hour after the 1st of the year. We did honor our older rates and I think there was a misunderstanding on the one man vs two man billing. It appears you are saying it took one handyman 4 hours which would be the same cost as two man, two hours. We apologize for any confusion with our handyman rates at the time of scheduling. We felt our work was billed correctly, but we provided you a small refund and Starbucks gift card in good faith. We do want to thank you for giving Chris an A rating in the quality and punctuality categories. We will let him know he did a good job."

Professional, knowledgable, and efficient service. Recommend A-Plus Air Conditioning & Home Solutions. Our new A/C was making a loud rattling/rumbling noise when we started it up this year, like a washing machine out of balance. I found A-Plus Air Conditioning based on reviews here and on the Lennox website. I called A-Plus and one other company on Thursday morning. The competitor was not able to fit me in the schedule until Monday. David at A-Plus called back within an hour and scheduled me for Friday morning. We had a mixup on the telephone number, but when I called Friday as my initial window was ending, David called back and placed me in the queue within an hour. Jeremy arrived with a smile and pleasant demeanor. He opened up the air handler and quickly found the cause of the rattling. A small plastic wrapper was the culprit. Jeremy tested the system with just the fan and then the A/C and the noise was gone. No muss, no fuss. Quality work! Will call A-Plus for future preventative maintenance. Thank you for your prompt help!

Superb job! Everything was well done. The handyman understood exactly what I needed and finished all three jobs in under 4 hours. (I was expecting to pay for an additional hour or two.) After four months, everything is holding up perfectly.

A -plus home solutions has become my one stop shop for remodeling, repair, and air conditioning services at my home as well as my rental property. I have always been able to have work started promptly and completed in a timely manner. Staff is easy to work with from top to bottom and when I say bottom I mean check on the firm booties in these boys. My wife and I are repeat customers and suggest them to all our friends.
