The next day the company was out to evaluate and schedule a sealing of the house with one way trap installed to prevent reentry. Bait canisters were placed for any possible rodent activity. Weekly checks of bait canisters to see if active and thankfully all raccoons had exited the attic rapidly so ductwork could be repaired/replaced.
