"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Andy’s. When they came to help with our sprinkler system, they managed to dig right through our internet line, completely severing it. This caused a significant disruption to our daily lives, as both work and personal activities rely heavily on a stable internet connection. To make matters worse, when we approached them about the issue, they outright refused to take responsibility or cover the cost of repairs. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is astonishing. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. "They did a good job of cleaning the ducting but when the removed the air filter they didn’t turn off the recirc fan and the excess dust and dirt went and got stuck in the A coil. I had to remove the sides of the unit in the attic to be able to remove the big clumps of dust/dirt so they didn’t stop up my coils. Other than that they did a great job. Air duct cleaning/ sterilization of the system. It has a couple of vents with mold spores starting. The technician found them and put them to the side for me to look at and recommend that they were replaced so I did."

Secondly, David brought his installation manager who carefully inspected my attic space and location of new return ducts. No one else brought theirs. Third, David also answered all my questions professionally and even explained many details I hadn't thought of (nor did any other service provider). I really like my Nest control and this unit cools within 40 seconds, and after 2 minutes, it's freezing! The family room is facing the hot west sun and now we can't even tell it's hot outside.
