Sept 24, 2025. Well, I have to say this duo team did such a professional job on the new hvac system. I could tell Omar and Eric had the experience and really cared about the proper installation and doing everything correctly. I would definitely recommend this duo team for any work needed on AC work or installation! Also, I would thank Nex Gen for working so well with our home warranty provider.

Absolutely the worst!!! Been to my house 3 times and still cannot fix the AC but still want to be paid!!! Incompetent! DO NOT HIRE!!!!

I had called another service come give me an estimate to fix my AC. That company did not discuss the problem and what caused it, they just wanted to sell me a whole new system. I then called my home warranty, they sent NexGen Comfort Services. After evaluating my AC's situation, my home warranty would not pay due to the unit not being installed properly in the first place. However, I was so impressed with NexGen I asked them for an estimate. Their estimate did not involve replacing my unit but actually fixing the problem. They fixed the problem as well as brought everything up to code. I am more than pleased with NexGen, they are out to fix the problem, not take advantage of the consumer. Without a doubt if needed, I would not hesitate to call them again and would HIGHLY recommend NexGen Comfort Services. THANK YOU to each of the professional employees that was involved with this project!

Our thermostat went out, tried replacing it ourselves and then our heating wasnâ t coming on anymore. Gave NexGen a call and they got someone out the next day before the cold front came through. John came and took a look and found and fixed the problem quickly. He checked to make sure everything was wired correctly on our thermostat, and that everything was running smoothly. He also informed us of some cleaning that needed to be done to our system to help it run more efficiently, and offered the service to get it all cleaned up while he was there. All in all, NexGen was quick, informative, friendly and affordable. Highly recommend!
