Had a plumbing emergency and the city wasnâ t not going to help shut the water off for over 5 hours due to them locking the grates. Big Hands came out within 30mins of the call and had the problem fixed within 20mins. Quoted me fairly and came out hours before a holiday. I completely recommend them if you have an issue or need any plumbing services.
