I am mechanically able so when the AC fails, I check a few things out in advance and have a good idea of what is wrong before the tech arrives. "It turned out just fine. We had a very small shower that needed doing. I think he did an excellent job. It took a while. We did pay more. There were two additional costs. We ran into a problem, we had to replace the shower pan and then there was some wood rot that had to be taken care of on one of the sides. He was very conscientious. It took a while because he had to do one part and let it set for a couple of days and then a different part after he had to put flooring in first. So, it took a while to get it done, but it wasn't his fault. It was over a period of couple of weeks, it was the nature of the work. He met all our expectations. He always showed up when he said he was going to be here, to complete a certain portion of the project. It was a very small shower. It was a hard space to work in, but he did a very good job. The extra that we paid was justified and reasonable. He did it mostly himself, Mr Calahan that is. There was another worker that came with him on a couple of occasions."
