The straightened out fence, power washed it and stained it. Everything looks as good as when we first purchased our home. However, the biggest thing they did was prove to the insurance company, using pictures and videos, that the work needed done. It was a huge difference in what the insurance adjuster reported. They handled the paper work with and communications to the insurance company and kept me informed. They are very personable, polite, honest and Godly father and son company. "T Rock Roofing STOLE thousands of dollars from me. After my roof was done by this company, no invoice was sent. I spoke with two reps and they both said the quoted amount sent to me prior to service being done was the correct amount. After I wired the money, I reviewed the charges and Class 4 upgrades were on the quote. When I contacted T Rock, they immediately admitted that I was overcharged. Since then, the company has ignored my phone calls and texts about getting my money back. Twice promising a check would arrive by a certain date when I was able to get them to respond but no check has arrived. From my count there have been three occasions that I’ve been lied to. I will be filing a police report if this is not resolved soon."
