Over the years I've experienced many technicians who seem to misdiagnose appliances. Mani precisely diagnosed what was happening with my washer and refrigerator. He described the malfunction in Laymans terms and repaired them efficiently. I have put their name in my phone to keep for future repairs. I highly recommend this company.
