"I am very happy to give King Pest Solutions a 5 Star review. Their representative, Eric, arrived on time and gave me an overview of what he was going to do to protect our house from termites. Together we walked around the perimeter of my house and he showed me the tools he was going to use and answered all my questions before getting started. The process took about 2 1/2 hours to complete and my home is now protected. Eric was efficient and knowledgeable about the process and, once again, made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. "They have been doing my pest control for more than 10 years. Hector is great to work with and his follow up is always appreciated. "The guy that came out, Rudy I think, looked at the problem and gave me an honest estimate. He was very customer oriented. I would use this company in the future but while there he indicated that my previously contracted pest control company should and would do this service for me at no extra cost. I was appreciative of the fact that this company did not encourage me to spend money unnecessarily. They were very honest. I'd call on them again."
