"From my first contact with Planet Green the owners were punctual to respond and come over for an estimate. The work is performed by Mike and Miranda Johnston, the owners. Their speciality is tile and grout work only. They're very good at what they do! We agreed to have the tile/grout floor cleaned. If we still wanted to have the grout color changed they would return on another day to do so. That was our choice. Our tile/grout is over twenty years old. It now looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the work ethic of the Johnstons, the ease of working with them, their honesty and integrity. "I thought that I had a simple grout repair project. But once the tile was removed, it was clear that the existing tile was not properly installed. Walter removed all the tile, installed cement board all around, added water proofing fabric under the tile, and then re-tiled everything. It looks great! And it's good to know that the tile is installed correctly. He was always punctual and polite, and kept me informed as he worked. I would recommend him without hesitation."

"From the beginning, Alejandro (manager) was very helpful and professional. He came by, promptly and on time, to provide an estimate and we got that within the day. We had gotten estimates from others, and given the good ratings on Angie's list and the reasonableness of the estimate, we decided to go with Alamo Stone Art. We visited his business to pick out the granite. The installation was delayed due to our having to do some repairs of the cabinets. The installation was a bit problematic since our cabinets are old and were not completely level. There was also an initial issues with the cutout for the sink not fitting. Thus, we had to have installers out a few times to make corrections. Throughout the process Alejandro was very helpful and assured us that all the issues would be addressed - which they were. It was very nice to have confidence that the job would be done in a professional manner, regardless of issues encountered during the process. I would definitely recommend this business highly if you are thinking of getting new countertops (granite, quartz, etc.)."

Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first.
Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future.
