He shows me the problem and explains what need to be done. He replaced the gas line and hooked up both ends, lit the line and fire appears as normal. He cleaned up as he worked (cutting up the sheet rock, going up into the attic to install the gas line and of course as he was coming in and out of the house) and explained the risk of damages that could be incurred with cutting a hole in our wall that we would need to be aware of. Things went smoothly and once he completed the install we were able to test out the dryer while he was there to ensure all was working properly. We are very satisfied with the installation and we felt that Terry always had our interest in mind. He definitely reconfirmed that we made the right choice by calling Ernie's Plumbing and of course requesting Terry to do the job

"It went really well.
Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage.
Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures.
Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root.
But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater.
For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about.
And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after.
We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine.

"We notice a lick the of the shower. When moving the shower, we finally find a spot. I contacted them, but they explained that the tiles company is the one that has anissue. So, I hired an inspector to check the shower.. And the the inspector asked us ask contact to contact the both company (C&W).. So, I did. A week later, the outcome was unexpected. they did not admit the mistake. We did all required, but they just pointing about the inspector.
